@Bell @Bell_Support why does it feel like customer support has gone downhill as of late? Even a simple call to enquire about tablet plans with existing device and you can’t get a straight answer…not good!

@RogersHelps internet down for hours and tech can’t even provide an ETA. This is what we pay hundreds for? @Bell_Support any offers to switch over for more reliable service?

@PXAbstraction @Bell But that should be typical of a gamer, and gaming is very popular, so I suspect there are many users transferring large amounts of data. And so does streaming 4K, which I do more and more. BUT, that means nothing to the network until it starts running near capacity.

@PXAbstraction @OpenMediaOrg @Bell They already Snoop your traffic on their network, but now they will Snoop traffic that doesn't even leave your house. Also, of course they are serious. This is why I cut Bell out completely over ten years ago.

@Bell_Support hi. Can you tell me if there is an issue with service in the Lone Butte/Bridge Lake area of BC. I have zero service even with 2 boosters in the house. Thank you

@Bell_Support your installation vehicle cruising wrong way down my one way street looking at his phone. White minivan plate number 570 7ZE. This is ridiculous.

@Bell please explain why you don’t allow fast-forwarding or rewinding on some shows. So if I miss something because of poor sound or whatever my only option is to watch the whole thing again from the start? Ridiculous.

@PXAbstraction @Bell Your connection should be free for the duration of the monitoring. That would ensure they don't let it drag out. "Oopsies, did we forget to end the monitoring? Our bad!"

@Bell_Support you have the most horrible customer service. Switched to Bell 3 months ago and ready to cancel all of my services. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone at all

@Bell_Support A simple answer as to if there were network issues in the area would have been fine. I already wasted enough time in the chat at your website. Tell your agents if I see the problem on multiple devices it isn't my phone. Assuming that all customers are stupid is a bad idea.
