@Bell You must explain to the public in DETAIL the "business reasons" that support the termination of Lisa Laflamme. If you do not, I fear BellMedia may suffer financial losses that will impact remaining customers. We need to know the values of who we are doing business with.

Similarly, they shouldn't allow dealers to charge "processing fees." It's $0 for a SIM replacement at a @Bell corporate store, but $35 at some stores owned independently, like the one at Dufferin Mall. The dealers might cry poor, but the CRTC should protect the consumer.
