@Bell_Support Sucks I can’t fill out the consent form online to approve the fibre faster internet. No idea what to do, I’m going to lose out due to the form being broken

  • MgniM The Canadian (@MgniM) reported

Cancelling my @bell tv service will mean I lose my promotions on the other two services and my bill would end up being the same as it is now but with no tv service. They get you coming and going.

  • JenniferKastein jennifer kastein (@JenniferKastein) reported

@Bell_Support I’ve done that NUMEROUS TIMES! Tech support keeps saying “tomorrow at o’clock” tomorrow never comes. I was credited for last month, this month I get a full bill again…still no internet

  • EllieS1 Ellie (@EllieS1) reported

@Bell I need a number or address to file a complaint. Don't give me the DM line either. We've tried it all. Either you provide a viable contact for issues with your TV service or we will be contacting all media as well as crtc.

@Bell_Support waiting for Bell service with appointment this am. To finally finish burying cable for Fibe internet installed at beginning of Covid. Haven’t kept track but probably our 5 th time waiting during their 4 hour appointment window. Hope they show up this time!

  • MgniM The Canadian (@MgniM) reported

@Bell_Support The customer service agents all tell a different story. None of which has been accurate. Horrible way to treat loyal customers. Bell clearly doesn’t care about customers.

  • Fox_Adams Matt Burt (@Fox_Adams) reported

@Bell_Support Okay, I have. if you make me go private just to push me away I'm going on blast with my issues! I'll make sure that this neighborhood with the new fibe lines instaleld knows what happened exactly!

  • LeaSpanninga Lea Spanninga (@LeaSpanninga) reported

@Bell_Support We called tech support and they are looking into it. All PVRs in our house work except one. May be the hard drive

  • lauramjbee Laura 🇨🇦 (@lauramjbee) reported

@Bell just got a call "regarding my Bell telephone service" where they told me that I have old lines. Not only is my phone line internet-based, my house was built less than a year ago. What is up with that?
