    @Bell I had a Princess illuminated dial phone...it didn’t answer questions, China didn’t listen to or watch me, the battery never died, and my information wasn’t tracked and then sold, those were good times!!

    Time to "reboot" the @BellAliant #hub3000 "again". Paying for the "best" bundle, getting constant buffering and zero support(multiple cases over the months). The speeds I'm paying for I shouldn't be having issues trying to watch #DisneyPlus show with the kids. @Bell_Support

    @Bell_Support yesterday i was hung up on because i refused to upgrade to a more expensive deal that offered even less value per dollar than our current one. i was also rudely spoken over and told not to interrupt the man trying to upsell me. will that happen again today?

    Hurray for @Bell_Support telling me I have to wait another 2 goddammit weeks for phones I ordered 3 week ago... just going to cancel those orders and go elsewhere because this is dumb.

    @Bell_Support I understand that, however, it’s still in pretty poor taste to have representatives out at this time regardless if they are wearing masks or not. Is this really an essential business practice right now?
