    @Bell It saddens me that publicly Bell attempts to show that they are a good company. Yet behind the scenes the customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. I have been trying to resolve an issue regarding my internet for 2 months. Bell.

    @lathaparticle @Bell_Support I just got off phone with level 2. They say outage in my area (Meadowvale) and will be back up sound 2:30am. Ugh.

    @Bell could not care about me as a customer or to resolve the issue. I know I am not the only customer feeling this way. And I feel it’s time to stand up to the Monopoly for technology companies in Canada. And no longer will Bell be able to treat their customers this way.

    @rastasack Sadly yes thats how they been operating for years. Us the front line workers take the fall for the way the company operates at the top as people for years have been angry at the reps @Bell but reality is that those people fight to help customers but their hands are tied

    @Bell LG is quitting the mobile phone business on July 31, 2021. Who knows how long support will last. I am sad about this as I have and love my LG phone.
