Bell Canada Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • vancouverceo Vancouverceo (@vancouverceo) reported from Victoria, British Columbia

Extremely competent staff: immediately freed my data block and now financing me an iPad Pro at discount from SRP. Bravo @Bell_Support. However we aren’t done with contract scam of slowing the data down when it hits a limit, on an “unlimited” plan

  • msouza3d Marcelo Souza 🇧🇷🇨🇦🔬🧪 (@msouza3d) reported from Oakville, Ontario

@Bell To be honest I want to cancel my order. Not sure if it’s complete.I dont want to call another number again. For the 3rd time. On a 4th try to just get a simple sim. This does not worth the time I am spending. I am going to a store In person instead. Not sure if a bell store ;(

  • andrewkelly Andrew Kelly (@andrewkelly) reported from Kawartha Lakes, Ontario

@Sonic_counselor @Bell @LaurieScottPC Not sure where you are located but we’re in the same boat. Had no internet for the day when Bells hardware failed to update needing faster speeds. Got told I could spend 8k a month for better service otherwise I’m at the mercy of Bell. It’s sad how rural Canadians are treated.

  • timothywaugh Tim Waugh (@timothywaugh) reported from Kitchener, Ontario

    @laurenpileggi @Bell_Support If these hoes don't help you let a ***** know.

  • andrewkelly Andrew Kelly (@andrewkelly) reported from Kawartha Lakes, Ontario

@Bell @Bell_Support 1. We just wait. Apparently some folks in the area are marked as getting a change in service. The address they gave me? An abandoned farm across the road. They couldn’t say what the change was so I could ultimately be waiting just for the farm to be activated again.

  • bonez9oh5 Bonez9oh5 @home (@bonez9oh5) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell_Aliant @Bell_Support Seems there is a service issue in north york too, im near jane and wilson and have no signal coming into my unit. Called and spoke to a tech, who clearly had limited experience, and no resolution and she hung up on me when i asked for a supervisor callback.

  • MalaMoragain Mala Moragain Mistress Of Chaos (@MalaMoragain) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@CRTCeng @Bell_Support sent a tech to our home today. Tech literally stole our wires & left without fixing anything. Bell refuses to address what happens now. I filed a formal complaint on your site, but how long do I pay for services I can’t access? Can Bell ignore us 4 ever?

  • auxonic Eric Goodwin (@auxonic) reported from Ottawa, Ontario

@kevinodotnet @Bell The capitalization might be in CSS...to show like that they must have double escaped it. Probably both are errors in rendering rather than in the db. It’s a matter of testing and caring.

  • TheDiggyShow Andrew Dignum (@TheDiggyShow) reported from St. Catharines, Ontario

@Bell followed up with your technical team and it appears nothing was done. Error code 1009p/3 seems to be a mystery and I'm not the only one who has it... @680NEWS should maybe investigate this as I may choose @Rogers if the app doesn't work...

  • auzzieintoronto Austin Larusson (@auzzieintoronto) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell your internet service sucks. I will never use you again for anything. Ever. I am getting Fido installed. You have affected my work and my studies for the last time. You let Canadians down, and you should be ashamed of yourselves.
