@sammh20fall @Bell_Support They’ve been having network failure ongoing since the beginning of the month, and haven’t said a word about it. It took almost an hour of me pressing a phone agent for what info I could get on the manner, and she said she was told by her manager “everyone” had been informed.

@Bell_Support Can yall do something my moms been without internet and she has 3 kids under 14 since 10am yesterday do something or we are going with @Videotron the best internet company recommended that cares about customers and I suggest others as well!!! If they can’t fix this nonsense

@Bell_Support 36 hours without internet. Nothing online to indicate outage (I am sure that keeping this info offline helps their monthly/yearly metrics) and the “tool” they keep pointing me towards says the the estimated time of restoration is 6pm last night. Ridiculous.

@Bell hey thanks for being a worthless company wasting countless hours. If you spent some time training your employees to do there job maybe people would appreciate the service given but even the service is atrocious your company is junk and we are trapped to use you or rogers BS

@Bell @Bell_Support is terrible! We have not had internet in over 36 hours and they have not given us any estimated time as to when it will come back either. My husband works from home, yes even on long weekends!! Horrible customer service!!
