    @Bell_Support -- @Bell land line went out at my 87 y/o mothers house 3 days ago. She has a heart condition and it's her only connection to the outside world. Have called multiple times to beg @Bell to fix it but response is to transfer over to Bell Fibe voip or nothing.

    @cryptowillyjr @Bell I bought the Netgear Orbi RBK50 a few years ago! It comes with one router and one satellite. I can sit in my driveway or backyard and use the internet. never tested how far it'll reach. We have gigabit but I get between 500-600 over wifi inside which is plenty for phones/ tablet.

    @Bell_Support Your wireless home internet outside Sarsfield, Ontario hasn't worked consistently for almost two months. It's been completely down for two weeks. If you've decided not to bother fixing it please let me know.

    Another day wasted with .@Bell technical support agents on the phone & .@BellSupport on Twitter chat while my Internet is still not functioning properly. Today's agent on the phone blames me for having "too many devices" instead of fixing the problem
