@Bell_Support, still trying to resolve @Bell #Internet compensation issue ONE YEAR, SEVEN MONTHS LATER! Mom paid for 1.5 Gb download speed for about TWO YEARS, while receiving under 500 Gb download speeds, using Home Hub 3000 #Modem I spent OVER FOUR HOURS on phone with agents

@Bell customer service is unbelievably bad. I have an auto credit applied to my account that keeps getting randomly deactivated every month, and I have to call again and again to get it fixed. Multiple calls, hours wasted, still no permanent resolution. Do better

@Bell 24-hour update: @Bell still hasn’t managed to fully cancel my service. After multiple conversations and repeated assurances, I’m now being told it’s only partially cancelled. This is unbelievably frustrating. I genuinely don’t understand how a simple cancellation can be this difficult. Signing up took 5 minutes; cancelling has taken 24 hours and still isn’t resolved. Do better, @Bell. #BellCanada #CustomerServiceFail

I cancelled my @Bell services in April because they are awful. Still waiting for the credit they owe me.

@ModernAgri_Tips @Bell @Rogers As much as setting up cancelations early is peace of mind that you've taken care of incidentals. The truth of the matter is you almost never want to call in order to cancel until the new services are ready.

@PhillipMillar @TEMP0RARY_NAME Lost my cell on Sat. Had to unfortunately go to a Bell store where I had to deal with a surly, utterly rude J££t invader. F*ck @Bell. Crush the telecom oligopoly.

@Bell What is going on with your customer service? We just signed up for Bell again. Now either when calling or trying to live chat with someone for support, its a 40 min wait. How about hiring some more staff. Ridiculous.

Called @Bell to upgrade my Mobility plan from the $35 plan to the $85 Ultra Plan. I was told as a loyal customer I would have to pay $105. The advertised $85 rate is only available to new customers. How does this make any sense?
