@bell @Bell_Support can you please explain why after over an hour in chats and on the phone with your loyalty department, just when I think all the issues are fixed you send me an email addressed to my ex-husband with all my information in it?

  • DiggDugg6 Digg Dugg (@DiggDugg6) reported

@Bell I don't watch TV and I'm told I have to have Crave if I want to get a new phone. Also I lose my business package if I change. Got any customer friendly plans? Probably start looking for a customer friendly cell company.

  • LizzieDee1961 LizzieDee (@LizzieDee1961) reported

@Bell I called to cancel my TV subscription as all I needed was internet, told it would cost $135 a month since cancelling a package. Asked if there wasn't a loyal price and told no. So I cancelled and went to Cocego for $55 a month for two years.

Hey @Bell, I’ve been struggling with slow internet speeds for months. I’ve called several times, but nothing has been resolved. Promised call backs never happened. This is unacceptable for a paying customer—when will you finally fix this?

  • zold_soulz i_am_u_u_are_me (@zold_soulz) reported

@Bell i would never recommend bell to my worst enemy. this **** is the worst internet service that i ever called and got zero support . bunch of scammers . your bill will be higher and higher

  • cenattori cenattori (@cenattori) reported

@Bell 2) I returned the equipment as per Bell’s instructions. Purolator tracking confirmed delivery, but Bell never acknowledged receipt. Despite this, a non-return charge was added to my account. After calling again, the charge was removed and I was promised no money would be taken

  • yhzsailor Brent Newsome (@yhzsailor) reported

@Bell Hi @Bell and @Bell_Aliant Do you remember this exchange from January... yes you just disconnected the same service address AGAIN because apparently there is no order for service at this location, yet your billing people can bill me for 9 months for the service.

  • ilikefastintern polarissucks (@ilikefastintern) reported

@scottwisniews as someone with no cell service i can't wait until @Bell rolls this out in Canada

  • shannbon Shannon (@shannbon) reported

@Bell I sent you a DM. If your solution is to tell me to call support - I already have and they keep telling me they can't do anything because there is no account.

  • shannbon Shannon (@shannbon) reported

So @Bell has been charging us 76.00$ a month for an account that does not even exist?????? Support says they can't find the account, we don't know what the account is for - what can they do about it. Nothing they say!
