@RogersHelps Intermittent service is worse than no service and more frustrating. Why is your service so abysmal over the last few months? Someone or something has to change. I need to trust my service for internet and I don’t now. @Bell Fibe is coming to my house 🥹 What day 🤔?

  • lisavation Lisa Fast (@lisavation) reported

@Bell_Support Worst onboarding ever - tried to move 3 cell #'s to Bell: - Hours on the phone - 6 calls over 5 days - 2 drives into town for SIMS & to activate - Try to port #s then price changes by $250 Give up, cancel, disastrous service, shouldn't be so hard @ISED_CA fix it!

  • HeartlessWa Wahsp (@HeartlessWa) reported

@FF_MuTeX @Bell How long does it take to restart ? A new router won’t fix it if it’s an default setting needing to be changed , and if it’s not that it could be cables being damaged or even overheating if you have objects around it but I don’t think it’ll be that

  • ArxGupta Gupta (@ArxGupta) reported

@FF_MuTeX @Bell something i’ve learned when it comes to internet companies, don’t **** with their own modems and routers, always get external routers and modems and connect those, they overcharge for those modems and routers and most of the time they don’t work well, maybe try a separate modem?

  • CanadianNurses Amanda Wilkinson MSN-Ed 🇨🇦🇬🇧👩🏻‍⚕️ (@CanadianNurses) reported

@Bell_Support I have contacted bell multiple times about it. They say there’s no more they can do, unless of course I spend more money. I already have the second most expensive service.

  • chadbuck IAmTired (@chadbuck) reported

@Bell Bell sucks! Fire the best newscaster in the country because she’s older and isn’t biased. Gtfoh

  • Achilles__420 Achilles (@Achilles__420) reported

@FF_MuTeX @Bell So with bell if you call in and ask for a white glove tech to come out and look they will send out that’s been there for years and great at problem solving this type of thing.

  • plum_ky Kyle Plumadore (@plum_ky) reported

@LisaLaFlamme_ being unceremoniously let go by @BellMediaPR is absolute garbage. Lisa will forever be an icon in Canadian news. How dare you treat someone who has done and achieved soo much in such a disgusting way. You have a lot to answer for @Bell #LisaLaflamme

  • The_ShoreAngler TheShoreAngler (@The_ShoreAngler) reported

@FF_MuTeX @Bell Bell probably won't be of much help because the equipment that comes with fibe is an all in one router/modem and you are bypassing theirs with your own. I would recommend just using the bell hub and try to access the internet with just their equipment.

@Bell why are CSR’s calling during business hours… can in the evening, send me an email, mail me a flyer but stop disrupting my business day. Oh and that goes for the spot callers you let abuse your system! Shut it down
