So @Bell doesn’t bring internet to our neighbourhood.. just @RogersHelps .. but we’re done losing service during work hours.. Maybe @starlink is the way to go..

@Bell_Support Very unhappy and displeased with Bell. I set up a cancellation order for Aug 2 and my Home phone service was disconnected prematurely on July 26, resulting in ALL 3 home services not working for an entire day.

@Bell_Support I question your compassion. Loyalty refused to give me a discount on my landline (FORTY years as a customer). Emp #37960 told me, à senior with a life-threatening disease, that it was “impossible.” I can’t afford to keep my landline. I am very disappointed in Bell.

@Bell My issue is that I have great DSL service with another provider, but they have use Bell’s infrastructure. At least once a year birds have gotten at the copper strand which kills my connection, but Bell has so far ignored the need for simple plastic caps to seal it…

@Bell_Support 4/4 I definitely want to leave Bell sooner after this unpleasant experience. It should not take 48 hours to contact a customer to restore their services.

We keep on losing @RogersHelps during working hours at home. Not helpful. @Bell doesn’t service our area. Maybe Starkink through @SpaceX is the way to go…
