@jessedriftwood1 @Bell I pay 23€ per month for a TV cable and Internet up to 100MB/s and would be pretty mad if this happens, but SUPER MAD if I paid 135$ only for Internet and still have issues!

@Bell_Support why does it take 3 days for a technician to come to check the internet. You guys are the worst internet service provider. I have changed my modem 4 times and still my internet connection is not restored. Also teach ur CSR’s to be polite to customers.

  • maldham Melissa A (@maldham) reported

@Bell Just recommend I wire in my devices and disconnect devices to address the intermittent slow speeds during the work day....mmmm do laptops even come with Ethernet ports anymore? #timetoswitch

Can’t wait for the @SpaceXStarlink pre-order to ship. It’s raining today so @Bell and their poor rural infrastructure is struggling provide service. I can’t handle another day of ppl helpfully pointing out I sound like a robot on calls. I know my internet is awful.

@bell if only you didn't have a monopoly on the entire country. not a single one of your customers would use you if there was another viable option in Canada. I think I'd rather not have internet then deal with your embarrassing website and customer service.

@jessedriftwood1 @Bell I pay the Danish equivalent to 130 every 3 months and that’s for a 1000/1000 connection. The price was so low that I just had to, I never do anything more task heavy than backing up my photographs. I feel sad that internet isn’t prioritized more by government in your area

  • EMBE_VIDEO EMBE (@EMBE_VIDEO) reported

@jessedriftwood1 @Bell I ordered it here in Europe. Still Beta with "only" 100-150 MBit/s. Will be upgraded to offer much better performance. Check on their website. Seems to be a good solution.
