@Bell_Support @Bell 2 months, which according to her are now over. I told her a) we were not informed it was a limited time service...we were told the service was included in our package on an ongoing basis, and b) even if we were told (we weren't) then it's within the time

@Bell I am still being harassed by G Dale using the crowd control trip feature in the Huwai 5G infrastructure. You need to stop this he’s using Be hardware and you have my home network diverted and are using it. This will be on Bell.

The line to @Bell_Support is so bad that I can barely hear the support on the end. It's a mess of static and distortion. In the end she says they are sending a technician out between 12 and 5 tomorrow, so I can't even go and work from a coffee shop.

They have Family Plans which just means you get to pay for each devices data separately so it's a garbage plan. The sales rep even acknowledged that the phone with the fake unlimited data would be cheaper. @Bell @CRTCeng

The tech comes back and says I have to hang up and wait for @Bell_Support to call me. I wait 40 minutes and get a call from Bell. It's a robot which told me to call TekSavvy. I call TekSavvy, they put me through to Bell. Pretty sure now my modem can't get here by tomorrow

My favourite part of this exchange was when the line to @Bell_Support was so bad that I asked her to email me the support ticket number and the representative from one of Canada's three telecoms oligopolies told me over a distorted unintelligible phone line that she couldnt email
