    @Bell_Support hope you can help I received a email from bell saying I had to verify my email address is this a scam or I need to do that I had this email for years

    @Bell We never had lag until we switched to Fibe. It’s especially annoying when we use the Crave app. The app crashes and the PVR remote is annoying because it’s oddly shaped and gets lost easily. Frequent irritations since changing to Fibe. The price was right, but service meh.

    Hey @Bell_Support why is the fibe app showing the NFL Network in a weird framerate? Its all slow and wonky.

    @Bell_Support Okay I’ll try that. I’m at 1:15 and getting absolutely nowhere. I’m about to be put through to a second level of support, but the agent has to explain the situation to that person. If this doesn’t work I’ll DM but I’d rather talk to somebody.

    @JohnHaleCrimLaw @Bell_Support Oh John.... I hear you & I'm in Ireland!! 🙈 It's not much different here or anywhere it would appear !! I had All kinds of issues with Bell when I lived in Canada! So I totally emphasize with you & your obvious frustration. I promise I am Not a Robot. 🥰

    Yes @Loblaws is a horrible company. But I just spent almost 2 hours on the phone with @Bell and they are absolutely awful! Don't do business with Bell.

    After almost 4 days with no internet and no contact from any technicians, I cancelled my @Bell_Support service today. Guess who called immediately after that? I am still in disbelief about such poor customer support. Now let's hope the 'other guys' behave for the next 24 months.
