    @Rogers . Upside, because it IS a huge hassle to quit you, @Bell offered a deal with more service I wanted for about half the price for 2 years. They were VERY understanding. I felt valued, not talked down to.

    @Bell_Support Please do not ask me to call your support! After wasting a lot of time that's what your live chat folks asked me to do. Although the previous live chat person was able to access it.

    @Bell_Support Today is the 3rd attempt by Bell to get internet in my apartment. And another screwup! Fibre, no copper, no show, now fiber, oops copper! Help! 12 hours wasted with no resolution!

    @Bell_Support Please cancel the order. Posting it here again as proof that I've requested to cancel my order as I don't trust to get a good service from your support folks. Do not send any equipment [which you anyway didn't] and create more issues. Thanks!
