Pixel (@dizzylazypixel) reported@Bell_Support can you please fix the equipment issue that’s causing the Internet outage in Mississauga today ASAP? There’s a World Cup final game today at 3pm, and our life is at risk without an internet!

Richard Berry (@rlberryyogi) reportedPretty Deplorable that you log into your @CraveTVHelp account, search and find your desired movie. Start it up, only to have it in French... English version only available with an upgraded subscription tier. Might be time to look elsewhere from my @Bell satellite service.
-
OT (@Oliver_Trpcic) reported@Bell_Support you keep generating an automated call every single day to my elderly mother about "replacing" her router... she doesn't have a router WTF do we call to get this to stop?
-
Shiraz (@HenryEd13) reported@Bell Bell, can you explain whether this $6 increase is legally permitted under the terms of our service agreements? Many of us signed up based on a specific monthly price. Instead of raising rates, Bell should be rewarding loyal customers. I encourage Bell to reconsider this increase and provide existing customers with the option to keep their current rate.
-
Ray (@creaturesohabit) reported**** @Rogers **** @Bell But guess what we are forced to have little choice in Canada in dealing with for phones and internet? Either way, they win in the long run.
-
David Vandewalle (@vandewallefarm) reportedHey @Bell_Support how come cellular service is getting worse and worse in rural Ontario? Phone calls are hit and mostly miss, and data is generally 3G (so nothing) in areas where we used to be able to get data?
-
Guddu Bhaiyya (@shavezsurve23) reported@Bell worst customer service ever, agent named Adam, on call was so rude and in a rush that doesn't Wana help or assist. Worst service ever and I'll make sure I switch all my services. Will never recommend and will refer to this incident to all. Thank you @bell for nothing.
-
K387 (@TheK387) reported@Bell I have been Bell service free for 20 years. I hate that you're going to get money for inferior Internet service because of a technicality.

Stephen Pinsent (@swpinsent) reported@Bell_Support @Bell_Support I'm actively in a chat with your support and it hasn't replied to me in over 20 minutes? I guess it gave up?
