@Bell_Support Restored but my audio keeps cutting out for 2 or 3 seconds about every 2 minutes. Anyone else having this problem?

  • QuinteFan 2of7 (@QuinteFan) reported

No power and no cell service means NO ABILITY to contact emergency services. A wired phone is no longer an option according to Bell due to “upgrades” to the system. This senior is furious. @Bell_Support @bellcanadalies

@Bell_Support Generators, ever heard of them? 2.87 B in profits and still running your business like it's 1950. Deplorable customer service.

Any other @Bell users notice how targeted the #DougFord ads are.... i keep getting attack ads.... when i clearly don't like the man. This is why i never approved of the targeted marketing. #BellLetsTalk Review your data & break their algorithms folks. #VoteFordOutJune2

@Bell_Support @Bell Day 3 of no internet and still no explanation about what the issue is or when it will be fixed. I’ve just called your competitor and they are coming to install my new internet service tomorrow. What a joke Bell is…

  • QuinteFan 2of7 (@QuinteFan) reported

@Bell_Support Did you even read the tweet? It’s not about the outage, it’s about the fact that power-independent communication is no longer an option.

  • Citizen19841984 Mike (@Citizen19841984) reported

@Bell_Support @Bell Still no internet service - still no idea what’s wrong and why it’s taking so long. The internet worked fine for 8 hours following the storm and now hasn’t worked for over 48 hours. Obviously the storm didn’t cause catastrophic damage if the internet worked for 8 hours following

@Bell_Support if the power is restored, but the WAN light is flashing.. is that a widespred or "me" issue (asking for a friend)

@Rogers, @Bell, other service providers: listen up. How about giving free service to Ottawa + Uxbridge or anywhere there is significant storm damage? People might go over there allowed minutes to deal with problems. Have a heart for God’s sakes!
