Leo (@Leo71106092) reported@Bell @Bell_Support 3/3 relies on her phone to speak with family, call for help or just speak to her sister, daughter living great distance away. why they won’t come clean with answers. Will they rebate monthly fees? Will they put around the clock crews to fix it? @CHCHNews

goli (@halehvalaleh) reported@Bell_Support Funny, I spoke with your customer service department yesterday and they insisted there was no outage and that your website was showing the incorrect information.
-
Ian Clarke (@IanClarke_ca) reported@Bell Please check the ticket and see what height the tech put the line in as off the ground. I’m betting he put in the other line ABOVE this one in as needing to be fixed as he was adamant that this low hanging one was not a bell line. If it’s not down as approx 6ft it’s incorrect.

1of1ally🤐 (@AllyxWay) reportedYou would think @Bell would fix their internet after 3 days being down but who gives a **** right?
-
conner petrie (@connerrpetrie) reported@TELUS @Bell Before you guys spend millions of dollars building AI datacenters in Kamloops and stealing all our water can you fix the horrible reception around town first? lexisnexis (@babsy1234) reported@Bell why do you put the wrong phone number on my bills? Im in the east coast but the number on my bill for customer service is bell not bell aliant. I spent 10 minutes just waiting on hold, another 5 mins explaining my problem then to be told I have the wrong number.

Leo (@Leo71106092) reported@TheSpec she also has a medical alert service that isn’t working either with this outage. How many are in the same situation? One fall and we’re in big trouble. @Bell and @Bell_Support have been completely useless. Lying every other day when it will be repaired.
