@JeffreyLuscombe @Bell_Support Good luck with that. I always put "support" or "service" in quotes because both are figments. We get neither service nor support.

Looks like we may soon be a @Rogers customer. After 3.5 months of frustration with @Bell, innumerable calls to customer support, and 5 technical visits we still have no telephone, internet or TV. They literally keep cutting their own lines! We’re done.

@Bell U suck ur service sucks and I pity anyone who is your client. 2 months for an installation is ludicrous. You hire the cheapest to service ur clients. I hope ur proud of ur shoddy service & cheap outsourcing to rake in dollars meanwhile treating customers like crap.

Cell/data service very bad during Hurricane Fiona and aftermath. @Bell said nothing in advance to prepare us for this, and didn't seem to be prepared itself. Haven't seen any convincing explanations yet, and they have some explaining to do.

Hey @Rogers, @Bell, @TELUS Are you aware of whats going on in Iran? Internet being shut down amidst mass protests to the death of #MahsaAmini. Phone lines and mobiles remain the only methods of communication with Iran. Let your users call and text Iran numbers free of charge.
