Located in M4C and over 48 hours with no cable or internet and have been told by crew on site it will not be repaired until Saturday. Had to ask crew because no communication from @Bell_Support Totally unacceptable customer support and service. Yeah, I am annoyed!

@Bell_Support Are our exorbitant monthly fees going towards this pointless services? Do better. East York residents are likely paying $1000+ /yr for ur service and you failed miserably in communicating effectively with us. No other utility could get away with this. #disappointed

.@Bell_Support only one day into 2 year contract and already having issues with Bell service. Not a great start. Wasn't told I wouldn't have access to change equipment default settings for a week. Don't want to switch my smart devices to new wifi, as I can't change admin password

@Bell @Bell_Support Internet down yet again since Tuesday. Why are damaged lines not a priority? Idk who runs the show for the service repairs department, but keeping loyal customers hanging like this is definitely not the way...#Bell is the absolute worst.. #BellOutage
