    @Bell_Support Internet has been down for hours in all of Toronto. And don’t ask for a DM, I want to know if you’re aware that people in Toronto have no internet and if you are working to fix the issue? This isn’t a modem issue, multiple reports of no internet in the GTA.

    @Bell_Support Programming errors are getting out of control. In the last month : Wrong PVR episodes 5 Dateline were wrestling 3 Poker were football 2 Gold Rush were American Pickers 1 month grace to get rid of the "problem" or I move on. I won't pay ridiculous prices for this.

    @Bell_Support Your overseas cold-calling sales people are rude. I was cold called by "kevin" who thought I was using Rogers. I've been your customer for +20 years. As soon as he found that out he hung up without so much as a thank-you. Perhaps hire CANADIANS?

    @Bell My folks are in their 80's, disabled, and couldn't afford to pay their $600 long distance bill & service was cut. Bell left Wi-Fi service on but on a limited basis so that long distance calling on WhatsApp is not allowed. Someone thought this out. Shame.
