@Bell_Support I called bell this morning and they told me she cannot see such a thing in their system. All of us are confused now! If it’s effective immediately how come in bell customer service they cannot see that and still charging me for calling to Iran?

@Bell It is not activated, I was asked to call the customer service and when I called them I was told they are not aware of such service and I have to buy a monthly add on for overseas calls...I called customer service 3 times and received the same response each time...#MahsaAmini

@Bell Hi @Bell Thanks and appreciate for your collaboration and sympathy. Apparently, it is not effective yet. Mine is not working and your customers service told me there is no internal communication and they wait for confirmation from executives.
