@Bell_Support I am not sure who this goes to, Bell recently repaired a downed fiber line and in my opinion it's way to low and will be ripped down again. I think it should be looked at so I don't lose my fiber again.

@SamsungCanada I just upgraded to a S21 5G from @Bell and it just arrived and only has a USB-C to USB-C cable and no block. All my previous blocks and car charger are standard USB. WTF?

@Bell_Support @Bell Called last night to try and get help with our dual sat receiver being fuzzy on one tv. Tech help did not know what the word “fuzzy” meant and was confused. I had to define it for him. Entire call was as if I was in a comedy skit. C’mon You can do better.

@Bell_Support have u recently called in to get support? It’s kinda a gong show! Continuous on holds, not following along, not intuitive or smooth IN ANY WAY!! Called 4x today! Best was roosters in background! They never said the calls would be recorded-I know why!!!
