@Bell_Support I am not sure who this goes to, Bell recently repaired a downed fiber line and in my opinion it's way to low and will be ripped down again. I think it should be looked at so I don't lose my fiber again.

@kfmdawe99 @Bell It literally is so bad. The need for “pods” is total BS.

    3. @Bell_Support Still bell charged me a-lot of money. A total amount of $600 approx. I don’t know what has happened from your side. I also talked to a bell representative regarding this issue on customer care. Now a recovery agency or who they are, are calling me and asking for

@Bell_Business @Bell @IDC If I knew you’re using Huawei & ZTE all Chinese equipment and support systems, I would never buy your Cell phone or other products. Our country’s security is the most important thing than just making profit!

  • AnotherWhiteMan Anthony Whitman 🍊 (@AnotherWhiteMan) reported

@Bell_Support If I send a file to someone with Bell internet, it goes 1gig. If I send a file to someone with Shaw, Rogers, Telus, etc... it goes 20mbps. Problem isn't in my house or in my neighbourhood, it's the routing.

  • grahamlucario ɡreɪəm (@grahamlucario) reported

hey @bell can you go **** yourselves why did my internet go down for ten minutes without ANY warning

  • hockeydad5 kevin mclaughlin (@hockeydad5) reported

@rbegg @Bell_Support Totally the same experience I have had many times. I told them i will start charging them an hourly rate for my time to get their **** working

  • AnotherWhiteMan Anthony Whitman 🍊 (@AnotherWhiteMan) reported

@Bell My 1gig service is more like 20meg service when connecting to something outside the bell network. Can't VPN to work. You back end is bottle necked.

  • ChristineRHunt Christine Hunt (@ChristineRHunt) reported

@Bell_Support @Bell Why is it down now

  • RebeccaMCullen Rebecca (@RebeccaMCullen) reported

I've never had a problem with service from @bell until now. Being told I need to sign up for a more expensive plan to upgrade my phone is rather disappointing.

  • annechoy Anne Choy (@annechoy) reported

Dear @Bell Landline costing over $75/month is unconscionable. Changing to VoIP shortly...my folks will never even notice.
