    @Rogers Wow, how generous! What a slap in the face. An entire day without service and you offer a garbage 1 day pro rata rebate. You incr. each service I have by more than that each per mnth! You know, to pay to upgrade your infrastructure so we all “stay connected!?” Here I come @Bell

    @Bell hey Bell, we just got Fibe 500 which is great! What is not great is that customer service could not assist my wife with an issue she has with our account, and we cannot administer the router - can anyone help us? What will it take?

    @dariapekh @Bell_Support I had to remove the battery from the hub, unplug the hub. The tech did a factory reset so-to-speak, because my reboot wasnt fixing the issue. Then I had to unplug my tv receivers as well cuz the TV was down too... after 30 minutes everything was up and running

    @Bell_Support is your Fibe down by any chance? It says it's been 6hrs it cannot connect to hub. I rebooted so many times and nothing is working. #InternetShutdown

    @Bell_Support you have the worst CS for your claims. Horrible service & incompetent staff, you should be ashamed for calling yourself #1 network or largest network. You are far away from being big you can't get the simple things correct @CRTCeng @CRTCHearings
