Fred Pinner 🏴☠️ (@ABean858) reported@nath_beauregard @Bell It's a pain in the ***, but every few years I cancel Rogers and sign up with Bell, just to get Rogers to call me back with the better deal. Sometime I have to go back and forth 2-3 times until they won't go lower.

A W (@adamwalker0314) reported@Bell Nah you guys are content with providing absolute **** support. Hearing phone support tell me they'd be happy to help me cancel my service rather than resolve my issue is all I needed to hear.
-
Doraemon 😈 (@rkthegreat1313) reported@FidoSolutions one of the most ridiculous services and bad customer service i ever saw. Thanks to @Bell i switched within 10 days and more happy to stay with Bell with excellent customer care support. Fido needs to hire more people to talk in real time

Meanwhile plans from many of Canada’s telecom providers would be well over $75 dollars for the same service. @Rogers @Bell
-
Leo (@Leo71106092) reported@Bell No just fix it - we’ll see if it gets fixed tomorrow- this is putting her safety at risk
-
RJT Sharma (@RJTSharma8) reported@Bell_Support Again the same with no update. Is there anyone to support on real issue or just bots closing the tickets every 48hours with no update/resolution.

Peter Skinner (@RogueNerdOne) reported@nath_beauregard @Bell I've been with Telus for decades with my internet, and not once has the bill gone up but the speed of the service did. When I started I was paying $99/month for 1.5Mbit DSL service and now I'm still paying $99/month for 3000Mbit up/down. Just look periodically at their plans.
