You are billing me monthly since even if I don’t have any service with you!!! Called you twice, you told me everything was fine. Still received 2 bills today!!

One time they put her on hold just for the automated message to come in about 20-30 mins later saying they’re closed and to call back. She was hung up on, berated etc. **** you @Bell

I am a senior and having a firestick is the best and cheapest way to go if Bell doesn’t want to help out !
