@hewett_michael @Bell_Support ****** ****** ****** customer service @Bell_Support. Tried to go online to self-help and link takes me to "Service Unavailable" HTTP ERROR 503 page. At least I know I'm not alone. Where are the "Freedom" whackos when you need them.

@Bell_Support I can't believe I left Robers last month for this crap. Down with no support and no answers. -No time display on set top box. -No volume control for soundbars. -No TV source input button on remote. @CRTCeng is a joke. Where is the competition in Canada?!

@lissa_who @Bell_Support Can't believe they havent updated website to show system problem. Maybe they do not even have access to updating that page. App was working for watching live tv but not PVR
