Dumbest **** ever. @Bell_Support won't let me cancel services on my deceased father's account, without having access to one of the cellphones for a text code validation... Don't seemingly care about the death certificate or will, stating I'm in charge.

  • carolinamariem Carolina (@carolinamariem) reported

@Bell_Support the absolute worst company ….I can’t wait to move so I don’t have to deal with your ****** service

  • jwalsh362 James Walsh (@jwalsh362) reported

@Bell Once again, Bell Cellular network down in Halifax…. this is unacceptable! No emergency calling. You should have learned from Dorian…get your UPS/Battery systems upgraded!!

  • joesabin Joe Sabín (@joesabin) reported

@jeffrey3927 @JeffreyLuscombe @Bell_Support OK, I lived in the 1960s, and your solution is so 1960s. Cable didn't become ubiquitous until the 1980s and cable cutting was not until the 2010s that streaming platforms started to come stronger. Until recently, maybe a few years, streaming was still weak. Now it's a better way.

@Bell the problem is weak signal

  • tribemagazine tribe magazine (@tribemagazine) reported

@Bell is the only Internet provider so there are no alternatives for many of us living in S. Eastern ON. But that is no excuse for improper and hazardous installations. Yet this is what happens with monopolies: shoddy service, very highest prices.

  • JohnStahl_ John Stahl 🇨🇦 (@JohnStahl_) reported

@Bell That's the dumbest thing ever, had bell with work phone, go 100km east of Edmonton, and walla, no service,

@Eastlink are you having problems with service during this Hurricane Fiona. Lower Sackville, NS. My data is slow. Took me 15 minutes to report a power outage. Also - are you offering 50 gb free data like @Rogers and @Bell.

  • AndiiAnnn *gentle awoos* (@AndiiAnnn) reported

@Bell Why ******** can I not close my account and move out in peace? Why ******** have you called me FIVE TIMES in THREE DAYS to push product down my throat? Why ******** are you harassing me?
