@Bell @ahmedthemohsin Why do you guts could be rude to me the way your customer service representative is being rude to me right now on the phone? He stated yelling at me so I had to start recording the call.

@Bell_Support why is your internet so unstable?!?!? There’s been frequent outage in my area over the weeks. Seriously, what is going on? I should switch to Rogers now!!

@Travisdhanraj @Bell @Telus is just as bad. Tried to cancel my landline, wasted hours of my life with no results. Quit paying the bill, finally they cancelled and sent a final invoice, paid that and haven't done business with telus since.

@theresemacdona6 @Bell @Bell_Support I was no longer a customer, there was nothing he could do. I asked him what he could do for me if I returned. He offered me 3 free months. I will never use Bell again for those reasons.

@Bell_Support @Bell why is your coverage so terrible in the Masonville area of London Ontario? Barely any service. Lucky to have 1 bar of LTE

@Bell I just cancelled bell and switch to an American company. I’m paying less and get way better service. Canadian companies are garbage. Do better.

@Bell @VirginPlus how is it , that it takes 14 days for an installation for fibe and counting. I will tell you how : 1 customer service that never writes anything down even if you are being proactive as a customer. That means no relevant information transferred to the right ppl

@Bell You guys lost a customer of 20+ years today because four separate people couldn’t fix an issue that YOU GUYS caused. @Videotron was happy to take my business. Your customer service SUCKS.

@Reil76 @Bell Similar story with Bell. They refused to help me, even though I was spending $500 a month with them. Then I went to Rogers and had my numbers ported. A day later, Bell was calling me at least once a day for three weeks, bending over backwards to resolve my issue and get me back.

@vandewallefarm @Bell_Support Apparently we had a bell tower go down in our area and they chose not to repair. Large dead zone No notice or concern from bell. Switched to Rodger’s and half price from what it was w far superior service. Same phones and numbers, seamless switching…That’s my experience.
