Been trying to make cell calls but nothing is getting out even though signal strength is adequate in Penticton BC. I’m using Bell services unsuccessfully. Imagine if there was a real crisis! 😬 @Bell_Support

@Bell Probably wouldn't be any lag if the 1.5 GB service you offer people in my Area ( N.S. ) actually gave what they are PAYING you for. Pretty hard to get 1.5 GB speeds from the Hub 3000 that is capped at 1GB???

the fact i have been in my new place for 11 days & still can’t get internet is ridiculous. I need internet for my job to make a living and y’all have been telling me for over a week I would get a service technician come in. @Bell @Bell_Support pls get better support. It is awful
