Paula (@1xEdwards) reported from Sandy Lake, Manitoba@Bell_Support Numerous x's I have. Nothing changes. After hospital not getting a hold of me I called from rural road - 3 bars! They gave me a ticket. I said calls drop+ don't go thru at X's. 5 days later a gal leaves voicemail to say they could not get a hold of me + considers problem solved

Kimmie G (@KimmyG6) reported@Bell_Support I phoned the CS line and have an appt. The AI option btw is awful

Adventures (@adventures_247) reported@Bell thanks for sending someone to fix my parents home-line after the construction workers cut the wire well digging.
-
Douglas Mark (@DouglasJMark) reportedCalled Bell again and they say they’ll “escalate it” and “maybe” have it fixed later today. No guarantee, no urgency. Their casual response while our patients wait is incredibly frustrating. This keeps happening. When your internet provider disrupts a medical clinic, it directly harms real people who need care today. We fell a little like this image portrays 🤬 @Bell @Bell_Support Please help us now! Our patients deserve it.

Orange Cone (@CanadianPylon) reported@TELUSsupport @Rogers @Bell Cancel with Telus. Horrific customer support/ understanding. They just cost me 80k on a mortgage renewal. My credit card for autopay had expired, and I missed it. I’ll own that. My account went 30 days over, and when I got that notification I immediately rectified it, paid in full, and put in an updated CC number. They outright refuse to take the late payment off my credit report for the mistake. I am 51 years old. NEVER one late payment ever. This dropped my credit score 86 points, and now on my upcoming mortgage renewal I cannot get the preferred banking rate as a result, and Telus outright refuses to help. I’ve been a loyal Telus customer for a decade paying 350+/month for all their service’s, and hold close to $100k in Telus stock and this is the treatment I am getting for an honest mistake. Use any other provider. I will make it my life’s mission to make sure nobody signs up with Telus going forward. Friends, family members and employees included. I’ve tagged Bell and Rogers on this so they can share it with others to use as marketing to win new customers and show how you don’t treat a long time customer.

CDN_Karma (@cdn_karma) reported@z_haus @Bell I have AI call answer. Never deal with spam calls as a result. Freedom wireless is where it is at if you want to save money, (as long as you live in a region with it) Rogers uses 3rd party call centers in India and other nations as well. While charging you premium prices.

James Rubec (@JamesRRubec) reportedI woke up at 6 a.m. after a family roadtrip to try to resolve this with your 6 a.m. call line. Your chat support is even worse. @Bell_Support When we really need you you throw bots at us.

Kevin (@sierralad) reportedFor the third time this week, a customer has come to my Canada Post counter with a @Bell package to be sent by Purolator, with the customer saying Bell told them to bring it to the post office. But Bell has ASSURED me this isn't happening. Bell, let's talk about your gaslighting.
