    @elTIGREblanc What? We've basic cable they put us on in an shifty way, - not on contract with satellite or one phone. That leaves one phone that's it @Bell_Support yet costs 300+ a month. Horrible phone support & service. Hospital tried + it said my number was not in service. Epileptic

    @elTIGREblanc @Bell_Support Internet by a different service. Two cell phones. One on contract and basic good (2 level)cable.. meaning sh:t. Some shows 2014.

    Getting Bell Internet @Bell @Bell_Support was the worst mistake I’ve ever made in my life. 4 days with no internet access and they keep postponing the timeline for the service treating customers like we’re idiots. I’m so ******* done with this.

    @chad_beloin @Bell_Support @Bell They don’t care. I already called. I’m in downtown Toronto and it’s been almost a full 24 hours. Won’t be restored til August 13 (!) as per the latest useless update. Like wtf….?!

    @Bell I have been without internet for 5 days, and I have already received 7 service interruption emails. Each time I call customer service, I am told the issue will be resolved “tomorrow.” When I asked why Bell has no backup plan, I was told I should prepare one myself.

    @Bell I'm extremely dissatisfied with the ongoing network issues since December and poor customer service. My support tickets #989409 were mishandled, and I was told there's no timeline for resolution. Why am I being charged $400 to cancel due to Bell's service failure?

    Completely disgusted with @Bell garbage quality. No cell service in my area and no solutions or common sense from customer service reps. Trash all around

    @chad_beloin @Bell_Support @Bell I know. It read like a bad joke. I will also have no data left. What do we pay for? My area doesn’t even get “Fibe”! I’ll let you know when I’m back in the land of the living lol

    I really hope @Bell is providing credits for this on-going outage! People use internet to run their business these days! Most reliable network my a** going on day 3 now with no Internet.

    @Lisa_said_it @Bell_Support @Bell It’s absolutely insane; and for a piece of “network equipment”.. how can a company full of network engineers not figure out a simple hot swap? Despicable.
