@Bell_Support @Bell_MTSHelps The 4th hop is bell and it's handoff is zayo. The Seattle internet exchange under zayo network. I then get directed through dublin ireland. I need this fixed!

@Bell_Support I doubt Bell could be of any service. Shouldn't take multiple calls/contacts to get a wire buried that your contractors cut in November. Same result each time, send a tech who says that cable needs to be replaced and it doesn't get replaced. Work order not "assigned".

@Bell I had contacted the technical support department yesterday about high ping through zayo. From what I see the contact us portion through zayo requires being a customer or something. So I believe that's only something bell can do. You can't tell me you have no control over
