@Bell_Support Technician says, well if you upgrade to fibre we can hook you right up. So tech solution wasn't to fix it was to upsell. When I'm looking up crtc complaint procedures and cell service number transfers, you know your customer service has flat out failed.!

@Diana_fierce1 @Jennjo22 @Bell I had that problem trying to cancel my wifi. They still sent out a bill for three more months of new charges. Always an excuse when I called in, empty promises and poor performance.
