Just sent a @Bell door-to-door rep away. Let him know that Bell will never get another cent from me until they pay me the vacation pay they still owe. This is what happens when you treat your employees like crap.

@Bell_Support just been hung up on by one of your customer service agents because she said they had sent out wifi pods but I have not received them and kept asking for info I did not have. I'm a new customer,not a great first impression.

@Bell as a loyal mobility customer looking to change a plan, being told we have to wait 7-14 days for the back office team to call us to get a better plan is not really encouraging me to stay a customer. Really hope you can do better than this. Disappointed!

@ShamanaDreams @Bell We had one out the other week again and he told us this whole time we never actually had bell “fibre optics” it was the old wiring and a ****** old modem which is why it wouldn’t reach half the house and we kept getting “blackouts” of service
