@TELUSsupport No I actually gave up and went into a store.I’ve also been trying to upgrade my phone online today but the site keeps crashing or not letting me process my CC payment. Waiting over an hour for online agent. Probably just going to sign up with @Bell because your service is awful

@Bell_Support I’m so frustrated. 7.5 hrs installing an upgraded internet service only to have home phone not working. Tried to resolve, for a half second worked. Back to busy tone. I’m so NOT happy. Wasted my entire weekend for this. #timeisprecious #stress

@Bell @TorontoDefiant @overwatchleague My husband got a $600 incentive from work, separate deposit. Total deposit = $295. 50% deductions. Hard to see it so blatantly. At least he has excellent benefits from his union or we would be in trouble. Grrr

@Bell_Support I’m not even a customer yet. I’m trying… moving all services and cell phones but you’re making this really hard. Mis scheduled appts, going back on details of our agreement. And can’t get through to anyone to speak to. Shocking.
