-
joshmachan (@OfficialJ_R) reported@Bell has some of the worst customer support in the world. Absolutely insanity trying to get a technician to site.
-
My Baseball Romance (@BlueJaysBabyGrl) reported@ryangerritsen @Bell Is VMedia available where you are? They're way cheaper than the big two even though they supply either Bell or Rogers internet. For tv service try alibox. $14/M if you pay for the full year up front.
-
Gilbert (@Joebear4946) reported@ryangerritsen @Bell They are all evil. It's just a matter of who is the least evil at any given moment. Playing the switch over game only feels good for a minute and then I'm angry at the new service in a short time. We have no real choices in this country because our market is too small.
-
Crazy_Canuck (@My_Point0f_View) reported@ryangerritsen @Bell Me too! $6/month and it was supposed to be a fixed rate for life. That agreement was just last year and as a result I will have to call customer service and wait on the phone for possibly hours to get it corrected.

Jason Sordi (@carrera_77) reported@Bell I’m a Fibe customer. I have the Fibe TV app on my smart TVs. don’t use my cable box. I called in to have it removed & was told that by removing the box my fee will go up. service stays same just getting rid of equipment that’s not reqd. I don’t understand the logic.
-
Chump_Canuck (@ch_morson) reported@ryangerritsen @Bell we learned this in grade 9, as a very basic concept. Large box companies equal zero competition. Always support local. Unfortunately local lost.
-
DownHooligan (@DownHooligan) reported@ryangerritsen @Bell Been a loyalty customer for over ten years and I just call and they bump it back down. Took $30 off last time I called.
-
Catharine 🇨🇦 (@northyorkcondo) reported@Ciliskatron @ryangerritsen @Bell if they win, we have to backpay. if they do not win, they are suppose to pay back to us, the difference. Nobody knows that, and the landlord never does, without written request. Most people let it slide without knowing.

annabelle (@indicabitchx) reportedi called to fix my internet and @Bell hung up on me talkin bout “cAlL us DuRinG bUsiNess hOuRs” BISH it’s 9:41!!! yall open at 9AM. why TF is no one working on the phones rn????
