@Bell_Support We have no internet at our cottage since 9:30 this morning and no communication from Bell whatsoever. We thought we had a power outage but we have an internet outage. WHAT PLANET ARE YOU FROM BELL? Don’t apologize, fix our internet and communicate with us.

@karenjirvine @Bell_Support Barrie here as well, the outage notification still says restoration from 3:49am to 7:49pm, starting to doubt it'll be back in the next hour. Thankful for my rogers cellphone service so I can atleast watch 1 holiday movie with my kids tonight.

@Toywheels @Bell_Support @Bell Exactly! We were down 3 days end of September given 4 different times it would be back & wasn’t even close to being correct. Also told we’d be given 3 day credit on our bill…….absolutely zilch! #pathetic

@Bell_Support @Bell My sister in St Catharines has been without Bell internet since December 23. Called support today - December 25 - told her should be up by 2 pm. It is still not up? What is the issue????
