@Bell_Support What is the update on this.. I can’t find a outrage map and website says that it’s not effecting my service but I got a call saying it was (contacted earlier to fix it and needed technician-which will now be cancelled as said in recording)

@Bell_Support Fibe has been down since 4PM today in K1T Ottawa. 3 calls to your call center, 3 different answers, 1 trip to your store (in -29 weather) for a replacement modem (which wasn't faulty), lost work hour. Still there is no update from your end.

@Bell_Support What's the deal with this outage? Been down since 3AM. Lost time for work and been zero updates on when it will be restored. Compensation should be given for this nonsense.
