    @Bell_Support any updates on the outage in K0H 2N0 area? Lost phone and internet during the night. Placed ticket and got call back that it was a larger scale outage.

    @Videotron @Bell Not to mention two people in our household work from home; two days of lost work isn't going to be properly compensated by the $10 offered by your customer service which is what we got 2 months ago when our internet went out for two days.

    @Bell worm hole. 9hrs later. We still don't reflect any outage but your service will be restored within 48 hrs. Check back online (where outage still doesn't show). Yeah, way to instil confidence this is being resolved. Thanks.
