    @brittlestar @Bell_Support We have a Roger’s land line , down over a week , 2 service visits. Just had to flip a switch at there end. Told twice , and over a week without calls from furnace guys.

  • konc_betty Betty Konc (@konc_betty) reported

    @Dgw4806 @brittlestar @Bell_Support We no longer have a land line and don’t regret ridding ourselves of Bell. Does it cost us more for internet, maybe, but it is worth it not to have to deal with Bells horrible customer service. There are ways to get rid of Bell.

  • JustCathie Cathie (@JustCathie) reported

    I was a @Bell Mobility customer for 27 years but switched to @koodo for what I thought was a better offer. Big mistake. I followed all steps correctly yet they did not apply the "Refer-a-friend" credit claiming that I didn't. Lesson learned: Koodo lies and lacks customer service.

    @acmusiclady @brittlestar @Bell_Support Same! It was cheaper to include the landline when we moved over to Bell 8 years ago, and when I tried to cancel, they just made it free. Don't even have a phone plugged in at this point.

  • heyjanuska Laurie Januska (@heyjanuska) reported

    @brittlestar @Bell_Support Let's just hope they never find out.

  • bgftgy31 BGFTGY (@bgftgy31) reported from Wheatland County, Alberta

    @Bell_Support Fix phone and return it or send me comparable loaner or suspend device fee till phone returned You pick

  • WordStitcher WordStitcher (@WordStitcher) reported

    @brittlestar @Bell_Support I still have a landline, but all it does is collected 'missed call' messages. It DOES work when there's a power outage, so there's that.

  • bgftgy31 BGFTGY (@bgftgy31) reported

    @AndrewButters91 @Bell @Bell_Support File complaint with ccts

  • viksandhu Vik Sandhu (@viksandhu) reported

    @Bell_Support what is the status of an outage in my area (L7A)? I work from home and require service.

  • avril_britten Avril Britten (@avril_britten) reported

    @BrianTPhoto @brittlestar @Bell_Support can you recommend any good trolling techniques? like, let me call you at your house later tonight etc .. I hate them but kinda feel bad too - they’re obviously unable to get any better work ..
