I think I'm going to cancel our @CraveCanada TV - seeing as @Bell lied to us and @Bell_Support is taking their sweet time to fix things, landing us now in day 10 of no internet, what's the point in paying for something we can't use?

  • WillDavie1986 Will Davie #TrudeauworstPM (@WillDavie1986) reported

@JustANe04349165 @Bell Bet the CEO of @Bell has his kids going to school virtually from their cottage. I mean they ran the fiber cables through the town where my cottage is and offered service to no one, even the F/T residents of the town. Why should they offer it to a teacher? That would make sense.

@wind_rolling @nick_adshead @Bell Yeah that's just as crap speed that we get here, maybe slightly better but not by much.

  • jkdn4life John (@jkdn4life) reported

@Rogers guess what!! your super dependable internet is out AGAIN.. Your service sucks.. Can't wait to get @Bell when it's available..

  • Gooch1967 Thomas Gauthier (@Gooch1967) reported

Attempting to have @bell install internet. Ordered March 26th. Two failed service calls (April 9th and 13th), and a service call they cancelled on the 16th. Shouldn’t be this difficult!

  • MorrisDCosta Morris Dalla Costa (@MorrisDCosta) reported

Happy to report that I managed to convince two people to use another company other than @BELL for their internet and cable service. Still waiting for manager to call me after three business days to discuss service. Been probably 35 business days.

  • Dvex8 Dvex (@Dvex8) reported

Anyone complaining to @bell or @Bell_Support I can help speed up your process! Don't DM your details or waste your time you will get a response similar to this: We are not tech support agents in Social Media 😎 thanks.

  • Cagiroux Charles-A. Giroux (@Cagiroux) reported

@Bell_Support might want to fix your automated voice menus its telling me I’m going to have more than 48 hours outage and wont let me talk to a real person. WTF

  • Dvex8 Dvex (@Dvex8) reported

Sigh. Surprise surprise @bell down again.

  • WillDavie1986 Will Davie #TrudeauworstPM (@WillDavie1986) reported

@Bell_Support @JustANe04349165 At this point how about the fastest internet you can offer once the problem is "fixed", his bill for the current ISP paid for because of your "mistake", and a year of free service.
