@Bell internet is down in St. Catharines. Bell Support is not responding. We haven’t had internet since approximately 7pm yesterday. Your website is saying there’s no issues and we are paying customers with account in good standing. Can you please look into this and update?

@Bell_Support @CanadaGuy64 We have been complaining for months during the hight of covid my child was having a horrible time loggin to her class because wifi so crappy always freezes up constant buffering and we have 4 of these boosters. Now you tell me how frustrated that is for us.

@Bell_Support No thanks. Already cancelled. If this is how you treat brand new customers, you should be embarrassed. I left Rogers to get away from bad service and you guys are even worse. How is that even possible?!

@fourbouncesgame @Bell_Support bell was at my home because my streaming was stopping / tv pixilating ongoing for 3 years..numerous service calls with no solution.. tech finally replaced modem & pvr boxes which were brittle & outdated. much better but streaming seems to wonky during neighbourhood high peaks use
