@Bell @Bell_Support We called you this noon and the stuff told us we are on the most urgent list, there will definitely be someone to fix it today. But nobody came. So this is your service? This is your so-called ‘urgent’? We have complained about it on CCTS.

@Bell_Support Two dropped (failed) mobile calls today mid call. It ain’t me. Your company should know its own issues

@Jean_E_Body @Bell @Rogers It's been a bee in my bonnet for some time. They put all that crap up but they never take it down. So why isn't there a regulation that when it's no longer in use they have to remove & recyle - whatever. Deal with it #Bell #Rogers

To update the @Bell mess. Two of their service reps need new jobs because the way they treated me is unacceptable. You don’t bully or talk down to your customer. Thank you Nat who was helpful and went above and beyond what she was suppose to do!

@Bell_Support @Bell Our installation should be on 8/23. The technician came and said the fiber in our condo was broken and they will send another team to solve it tomorrow. And nobody came on 8/24. We called you but you told us to wait until 9/1

@Bell_Support Not working very well. It’s either not sending messages or it’s sending them 4 times in a row.

@Bell_Support Again, you are pushing the requirement & responsibility to filter spoofed calls on YOUR network onto your customers. As YOUR customer, I am telling you this isn't good enough. DO YOUR JOBS & FIX THIS PROBLEM!

@Bell_Support These are NOT TELEMARKETERS! They are SCAMMERS! They are spoofed calls on an VOIP network. They care signatures which indicate they are spoofed. It's not difficult to detect these. These scammers are using YOUR NETWORK to target YOUR customers.
