@ontarioisproud What will he do about @bell customer service cancelling clients internet just cause they feel like it when the client works from home .. NOT a billing issue .. they won’t turn it on for 48 hours putting my job at risk. How is this legal? ??

@Bell @Raptors my internet was cancelled randomly 2day by an agent who misunderstood my husband talking to him about our Fibo service. They would not turn it back on till I speak to a caseworker in 24-48 hrs! I work from home will be in big trouble w/o internet. They get 600 per month from me

@Bell 24 hours of internet being out. 23 hours of Bell being silent. 16 hours since it was supposed to be fixed according to the eta. 14 hours since it was supposed to be fixed according to what I was told it would be fixed by customer service. 0 hours since I cancelled @Bell

@Bell or anyone really. If @Rogers isn't willing to help households with premium packages, I doubt they would help anyone. 1 month of calling and supposed escalations. They have not deigned to call me back once.

@Bell_Support just when I needed the internet service to contact my family in the Philippines as my mother is sick it’s when we are advised that internet will be restored after 24hrs. 😢
