@Bell_Support 34 days with no repair to the downed lines on my property,my neighbors and in the bay where boats travel to get to their property. This is UNACCEPTABLE. Multiple messages to @Bell_Support with NO resolution.

@Bell_Support I am international student I just got my new bell service on June 21 but today on June 23 i got my monthly bill to pay $160 by June 25 what is this?who is going to pay the bill in advance before using the service and then why you guys named it as a postpaid service

@Bell_Support my bell fibe wifi is barely getting over 50mbps and I’ve tried rebooting it a few times. I’ve even set the 2.4g and 5g as separate signals and swapped between the 2, and both are extremely slow. they weren’t always like this, seems like the last few weeks.

@G33Gnasty @Bell_Support Been very mediocre when I first built the house. Had gotten worse ever since. Several attempts to remediate the issues with no success. My entire house is hardwired with Ethernet ports in every room, yet the guy installed modem upstairs instead of where the cables run to….

No stream tonight guys… @bell_support ‘s internet is too crappy to even watch a twitch stream at 160p… they got no problem taking $200 a month but as soon as I want good internet speeds “oh it’s high traffic “ or “we’ll remote update your modem”. Ok…..
