Even your own employees have service elsewhere

LY (@elle_whyy) reported@Bell did your services crash 2 nights ago near Peterborough? Calls & texts won't go through as of yesterday morning, & data is running on 3g. Services were fine until Wednesday, now I can't even call customer service to resolve this. Frustrating!
