I just called @Bell_Support to cancel a service and their answering machine told me they were closed and informed me their hours on Sundays are "9am to 6pm". It's 11:50 in the morning WTF?

@Derek2016gtcs @Bell I only used 1/2 G of data last month.. Pretty sure 6 will do me.. LOL I'm Paying $125 + tax with Bell and only have 7G of data total and thats shared with wife's phone.. She's pays like $85. I feel stupid..

@bell_support : your rep tried to high pressure upsell me HD satellite, while i was attempting to arrange to have my line repaired. I said there’s no point unless you get a guy here to fix the line. Pay commish to efficiently help cust’s, not upsell them.

@RobertChaulk @Bell After husband died & I went in to close family plan , (with Telus), I was looking for a cheaper option & was told Kodoo was the same network as Telus. $53/month, adequate data for me, no issues in 2 years.

@Bell With bell I got I wanted worldwide calling and texting when I got my new plan/phone went over it with the guy there and everything, then one day when I was on hold with PayPal for a few hours. I got charged I called bell and asked about it they said "too bad" thats a valid charge

@SteveDickerNL @Bell Wanted to dump the home phone but Bell will split the bundle and it would end up costing us more.. They shove a friggin landline down ya throat. *That said it's Aliant and guess who runs that show.
