@Bell is there anyone from CS here who can help me? I’ve been on hold for 45 minutes while an agent is trying to find out why my new provider is getting error messages when he tries to port- in my number. Help? Please?

@CRTCeng @Bell @Bell_Support Will not allow a separate router to connect to their modem. How is this legal? Internet is a service I pay for. I should be able to use it how I like. None of my smart home devices connect. How can I file for a formal complaint?

When bell won’t do a single thing to keep you as a customer besides suggesting lowering your internet speed and removing channels to lower your bill I guess you go with cogeco….@Bell

Finally cancelled my services with @Bell It only took 1.5 hours, a lot of tears, frustration and anger because they refused to answer my questions and cancel the services without a run around. But I’m finally free!

@Bell_Support @Bell_Aliant Thanks for the standard canned reply, obviously there was no check as my service I was looking for support with is a Bell Wireless Internet service and not BellAliant. I was able to get a simple issue resolved after a 58 minute call

@Milnoc @Bell You misspelled “fib”. There is no e at the end of Bell’s prétend fibre service which can’t give me 1mbos upload on their fancy technology that lets them pretend they can transmit light on copper.

@Bell Not allowing the home hub 4000 to connect to a second router has got to be one of the stupidest decisions made. I have smart lights that will not connect to your network. This needs to be fixed now. #bell #bellinterner
