    @Bell_Support Thank you but the issues are the outside lines that need to be replaced as these lines are not able to support the fibre internet , as 2 of your resolution, techs have told me .

    @Bell_Support Hey Bell, your phone message states there’s a widespread outage & service should be backup by 10am. We’re in M6S area & still out. Any updates on this? And yes, we’ve rebooted.

    @Bell_Support Really the "service" provided by Canadian Telecom companies is not "service"... even in normal conditions your NW breaks on all Major Roads of Canada... please don't use word "Service"... its A NO CHOICE FOR CANADIANS TO USE THESE ****** COMPANIES...

    @Bell_Support hi crew. I have been trying for weeks to get internet at my ski cottage. Your lines run 25’ in front of my house. Your people in store and over the phone say it is impossible, when my neighbors all have your service. This is crazy. Help please?!
