@Bell_Support Wanna just buy Cogeco instead of buying out contracts? At least your internet doesn’t go down 24/7. Tell your bosses to PLEASE buy Cogeco so I don’t lose out on YourTV Niagara.

@Bell_Support hi! I am a former customer. I got an email from Bell a little while ago about an offer to come back. It was something like $55 for 20gb of data on the unlimited plan. Just wondering if that is still available? I lost my email with that one

Then @Bell has the nerve to have a #BellLetsTalk advertisement as if they care about the well being of Canadians health both mental or physical. If they really cared they wouldn't shut down their services in Ottawa and let the Citizens show the rest of the world the truth.

@Bell_Support has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Have been waiting over a week to get my internet fixed and I work from home. 40 business hours have been compromised on my behalf and they are protecting their manager’s names and complaint centers viciously.

@Bell because you have turned off communications in Ottawa I just called and bought out my 2 phone contracts. Been a customer for 16 years. Goodbye. You aren’t for Canadians. Goodbye.

@Bell_Support It's been 11 minutes, it's taken 4 more calls for me to finally get a recording saying that Bell is closed. All for the work-life balance but wow did your team shut it down abruptly. Final count for the day: 13 phone calls, 5 employees, 4 hours. 0 problems solved.
