    I want to personally thank @Bell for their exceptional customer service; Something that feels increasingly rare these days. Bell sets a strong example of how customers should be treated. Unfortunately, this has not been my experience with @Fidomobile, where customer support and business practices have fallen well short of that standard.

    @Bell_Support and @Bell I have placed a new wifi order and it's been 6 days and I am still waiting to get the modem. On your customer support they put for long hold (30min ) to just get an update. Is this how you welcome new customers ?

    @Bell_Support Hey we have 2 Bell downed wires in our backyard and your technical service is telling me I’ll have to pay a fee to get them removed. If you don’t remove them without charging me don’t worry I’ll cut them myself and you can deal with the outages that it will cause.

    @redman_mather @Bell_Support @SpaceX There’s really no way around it anymore I think. Took this unit to the maritimes and have 0 dropped service even in the most remote area of NB
