    @Katastrophe_17 @angent158 @Bell That’s a you problem, I don’t have any problems

  • ChristineRyan9 Crissy Ryan (@ChristineRyan9) reported

    Lol. @Bell raised Mobility cost 6%. Passes on infrastructure costs. It's pretty bad that this happens mid-contract. Better VPs know to wait to renew and give a little something and get more revenue from the same customer.

  • genericname56is Brad Fitzgerald (@genericname56is) reported

    @Bell’s @crave is the WORST streaming service: 1) Forgotten password -> no verification text or email received x3 devices and many attempts. 2) Found old device w saved password, log in, hit play -> error:“unable to play media” 3) Try to mirror to Mac from phone -> same error

  • kjames_2001 Ken James (@kjames_2001) reported

    Dear Canada, @Bell Mobility ******* SUCKS! They don't give a crap about customers at all and go out of their way to overbill you with a broken customer portal website that isn't synced with their billing system one bit. Stay away.

    @Bell. I just got off the phone with my 85-year-old mother and she had to hang up because she was crying too hard. Because of the way Bell dealt with her. She switched to you guys and after three days of having to have her neighbour come in to try and fix things:

  • Doppa_D Doppa D (@Doppa_D) reported

    @Bell I refuse to buy these as I pay enough already... but a funny observation. Since these became available, my wifi signal became much weaker. It's almost as if you weakened the signals to push the sale of these.

  • kjames_2001 Ken James (@kjames_2001) reported

    @Bell_Support No, you are not listening to a long term customer at all. **** Bell...in 24 hours I will not not be a customer anymore. Have a nice day.

    @Bell I am having a lot of problems with the bell tv here in Nova Scotia. Is there an outage in the east of the province?

  • NancarrowCraig Craig Nancarrow (@NancarrowCraig) reported

    @Bell Pods are ****

  • Craig_Appleby Craig Appleby (@Craig_Appleby) reported

    @Bell Imagine if you made the already way too expensive internet just work in the entire home without making the consumer pay more for a band aid fix. Well Done!
