@Bell_Support 2 days without cell service pls fix the issue. It's the only way of getting in contact with family members that don't have internet.

@Bell_Support It corrected itself. But I get anxious when I see my modem flashing red. I've had nothing but issues since October 2020. Last outage was Dec26 2021 that lasted 22 hours #belloutage

@Bell_Support We live in Canada. We have winter. I am in day 4 without internet in a pandemic where everyone has to work from home. This is the first winter service has been so bad. What is going on?

@Bell_Support Internet services out in our area L5R since 5am. Bot on the support line said services will be restored by 10pm. It's 11pm and now the agent is saying it will be fixed by 16-Jan 7:30am. I know another bot will respond to this tweet asking for a DM but will not really fix it.

@Bell hey Bell, quick question. Why has my internet been crap lately? Are y’all doing work in Scarborough or something? I’ve called in 3 times today and guess what? Your techs are no help and I still have no internet. I’ve missed meetings, lost money, and spent 2 days not working

@Bell_Support Really the "service" provided by Canadian Telecom companies is not "service"... even in normal conditions your NW breaks on all Major Roads of Canada... please don't use word "Service"... its A NO CHOICE FOR CANADIANS TO USE THESE ****** COMPANIES...

@Bell_Support Thank you but the issues are the outside lines that need to be replaced as these lines are not able to support the fibre internet , as 2 of your resolution, techs have told me .
