@Bell_Support cannot provide an estimated time for Internet service restoration in postal code K1A in Ottawa after 2 days of service outage. Our power is on here but no internet. I would be totally isolated if it wasn't for my @Rogers cell phone. #shame

@Bell_Support No internet. Electricity back last night. Cellular back around 6pm on May 22. Meanwhile I'm with Rogers for cellular for work and no issues throughout. Please bring back internet for K1J. Also phone line for the area. My senior mom (87) has no way of communicating.

@Bell_Support now 40 hours with no service. No major damage in my area and the bell website says there are no outages in my area. Bell won’t take phone calls and no answers here. Why won’t you update us? Abysmal customer service @CRTCeng
