@Bell_Support Hi I have had no cell phone service since last Wednesday. Is there a large outage or is this an issue with my phone.

@Bell I have been Bell service free for 20 years. I hate that you're going to get money for inferior Internet service because of a technicality.

@vandewallefarm @Bell_Support The second I can I will be going back to Rogers and never looking back.

@Bell_Support Thanks for your standard reply. The problem has nothing to do with me contacting your call center. I already wasted several hours being put on hold and then transferred just to be put on hold again. This is a @Bell_Support issue. @JohnNaterMP.

@Bell Thank you for the reply. While I understand that operating costs change, increasing rates while automation and AI are simultaneously driving down operational and support costs for your company feels like passing the burden onto customers rather than sharing any efficiency gains. True brand loyalty goes both ways, it means rewarding long-standing clients, not continuously raising their bills. If my rate cannot remain competitive, I will need to explore better-valued options elsewhere.

Once again, wi-fi fails me in the backyard. So instead of SXM I'm stuck with Kixx Country. @Bell_Aliant @Bell_Support If I'm paying you $100+ per month for internet, I shouldn't be losing my signal as soon as I step onto the patio deck🤨 #bell
