@bell_support YOU ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST! Waited three hours for promised technician this morning. Surprise! No one shows up, I still have no wifi or tv, and I pay you $330/month! I have been using hotspot for THREE DAYS! How do you run a business with no regard for customers?

@Bell_Support Over 3 hours to get it done. Is this typical? The sad thing is it’s for her parents and they are existing bell customers. They are so upset at the service level you may lose their internet and phone service now.
