@bell worst customer service in my entire life. 10 plus phone calls to get my line buried outside that they promised would be done ages ago only for techs not to show up. Line still isn’t buried. Will never recommend bell to anyone, horrible

@Bell_Support extremely poor service in Dundas, Skyline drive. Several neighbors reporting the same thing, unusual and unusable internet speeds. Your techs were telling my neighbors (5) to take the modems to the bell store. This is clearly an upstream change. Please escalate.

@Bell_Support I DMd you. Please escalate, I already had a call with a support person that wasn’t helpful. I expect better service for what I pay you.

@Bell_Support @Bell after a 2+h outage there’s no post mortem and I got a snarky follow up to my request for compensation. “Would you get compensated for a power outage?” Was the response. Hey, guess what I don’t pay a flat fee for electricity. Smdh cc/ @OpenMediaOrg

@Bell_Support Can you at least share what the problem was? Convincing your support people it was an issue with your upstream equipment was the biggest hassel dealing with your support organization.

@Bell_Support Hey Bell, do you know when customers will be able to view their data usage on your site? It has been down for a few days.
