@Bell A power surge on July 1st caused my t.v. receiver to malfunction. I was told I cannot get a new one at a Bell store. A service technician in a Bell truck will not bring a new one to my home, and a home service call is $75.00. This is unbelievable and totally unacceptable.

@Bell Starlink is the better solution in most cases.

@Bell_Support I can assure you, your billing department will be contacted and I want a reduction on my next monthly bill for every day I do not have t.v. service. All I need is a new "receiver", and @Bell cannot provide me a new one except to send it by courier/mail?

Oh the @Bell #FibeTV product sucks. It is absolutely aweful. It was ok before then they did a “redesign” of the software and now it is the worst thing you have ever seen. On the bright side, it is so bad the whole family watches less TV. The internet is great but the tv system is horrible. Still not getting @starlink. ;-)

@Bell At our home, .5 km from the hub, Bell wouldn't replace the rotten copper lines so we could get decent coverage. Our service dropped up to 36 times a day. With no plan to replace the lines, while still we opted for Starlink instead. 17 devices running, no lag. #dobetterBell

@walkerpj1 @Swiftie01 @Bell I respectfully disagree. One transaction had fees of $700.00. Just for them to earn points. To recover that one transaction I would need to charge every customer another $2.00. Hardly fair since that was a company and my other customers consist of fixed income, and seniors.

@Bell Here's an idea, don't hang up on your customers that have had an ongoing issue for a week and have not been provided a reliable solution. Your customer service representatives haven't provided a solution, service, or satisfaction.

@Bell Here's an idea, don't phone people on a Holiday to try and gain a customer. Super annoying.
