I never thought, living in #Toronto (#EastYork to be precise), that I’d have to wait 2+ weeks for internet to be installed at my residence. @Bell what’s the deal? Ready to go to the competition even though I loathe their service.

@Bell_Support I already quit the bell due to this in March. I don’t have account number anymore. You can message me directly and I can provide whatever details you need if you really think you can resolve my issue.

Greatest marketing ploy ever: @Bell naming their internet service "Fibe" and tricking luddites into thinking it's actually high speed fiber optic internet when it is actually just their same slow, garbage DSL lines that get clogged to ****. Worst. Internet. Ever.

So after having crappy internet service and raising my price after saying it was the price for the length of my stay at @Bell now they tell me that I had a contract I wasn't aware of and I am leaving a month early so I need to pay both a month fee and a cancellation fee of $75
