Well done @Bell_Support! First time calling as aa new customer and you completely cocked it up. I'll be cancelling my account, returning the phone & going to either Telus, or back to Rogers. You still haven't learned to value your customers & treat them like people.

@Bell hard to believe company can be this grossly inefficient and still be in business. Trying to help 96 year old to pay her bill - yes we want to give you money. Website doesn’t work. Massively complicated phone network doesn’t work. Spoke to an agent - said nothing she can do

@Bell_Support Numerous x's I have. Nothing changes. After hospital not getting a hold of me I called from rural road - 3 bars! They gave me a ticket. I said calls drop+ don't go thru at X's. 5 days later a gal leaves voicemail to say they could not get a hold of me + considers problem solved

@Bell_Support Not much point since your business division is now closed, and I spent 10 minutes going through with your tech support people who could not locate our account despite me giving them all the information needed. All so we could upgrade our receiver to 4K. Painful.
