    @Bell_Support @Bell_Support I’m still laughing at the ridiculousness of a “customer service” rep furiously typing to document my complaints after refusing to provide me with any service because I’m not the acct holder. If you can’t verify me, why is anything I say being recorded on the acct?

    @Bell @Bell_Support your automated system says “service can be restored immediately if a payment is made”. Payment WAS made - hours ago - via online banking. Payment in full - plus $200. I’ll pay another $1000 right now via credit card! GET HIS PHONE BACK ONLINE NOW.
