@Bell - your online support is useless. Either get more staff or get people that don't end sessions without solving the problem.

How garbage is bell internet and tv that I literally can not use it when it rains or snows. Scam artist thieves. @Bell the answer is extremely garbage. Fix this ****

@Bell_Support it’d be good for your agents to submit ticket numbers when they say they wil. Now I have to wait another day for someone to come and fix something that I was told for sure would be taken care of today.

After almost 4 days with no internet and no contact from any technicians, I cancelled my @Bell_Support service today. Guess who called immediately after that? I am still in disbelief about such poor customer support. Now let's hope the 'other guys' behave for the next 24 months.

I've gone years without having any problems with @Rogers and then this week has been an absolute nightmare. I think I might just return this new phone and go to @Bell. Why can't *something* just be easy for once?!

@Bell Garbage ads like these are one of the hundreds of reasons we don't take your "Let's Talk" campaign as sincere. Bunch of freaking incompassionate weirdos

Hi @Bell_Support. Can you explain why you are charging me $110 dollars/month for a service that is slower than the one you are charging $80/month without discounts according to your website?

I’d been having so many issues w @VirginPlus I escalated a couple tickets to their ‘executive office.’ There’s absolutely no way the person who called me works in an actual executive office or has any executive function whatsoever. Don’t buy @Bell or #Virgin. You’ll regret it.

@Bell When are you going to do anything about the scam calls allegedly from you stating that my network security has been removed.

It’s been more than 3 full days since my internet went down and I still haven’t hear from a @Bell_Support technician. At one point they told me “too bad you don’t have a cellphone with us, we would have given you 50GB of data for your troubles”… 😳 @RogersHelps, your move.
