My @Bell internet sucks, I’ve troubleshooted with them for hours. They try to charge you to send a tech out to fix THEIR problem. Worst internet and service on the phone I have ever dealt with. Do not get #Bell internet.

@meredithheron @Bell @Bell_LetsTalk I swear I talked to the same guy yesterday. Was almost like dealing with the mafia. Lying to me about me account usage, I proved him wrong by going online and walking him through MyBell to show him the facts, told him “I caught you on that one” he then started with “please sir stop, please sir stop” in a panic then hung up like he was acting for the people around him. My blood was boiling. I’ll go to Bell store today to file a formal complaint then I’ll go find a new cell provider.

@Bell What’s the problem with your FibeTV app? Mine keeps shutting down and won’t let me log in.

  • MikeMacHitchman Michael G. Hitchman (@MikeMacHitchman) reported

@Bell The qualcomm computers and central offices are back in service with the fibre...I was able to balance the loads on the new internet braces for this planet, somebody had grounded the vacuum tube televisions with the force of the internet, it was either that or a chlorine...

  • MehmetTohti Mehmet Tohti (@MehmetTohti) reported

Canadian service providers — @Rogers, @Bell, @TELUS — have some serious work to do. Lately, I’ve been getting more fake calls, robocalls, and scam calls than ever before. Almost like my phone is just for scam callers only. So let me ask this plainly: am I paying these companies every month just so scammers can reach me more easily? It’s starting to feel like our telecom giants have become the bridge — or worse, the liaison — between customers and criminals. Insane

@Bell you need to take connections seriously. There's been an outage for the past 30 hours with no resolution in sight. This is highly unacceptable and incompetent in this day & age.

  • CodyMartin2022 Cody Martin (@CodyMartin2022) reported

@Bell your customer service is not satisfactory
