Also while I'm on the subject of trash @Bell is awful. I've been a customer for over 20 years and my internet has been out for almost a week. No followup and every one of their policies make me not want to be a customer anymore. Pandemic, Christmas and no Internet. Thanks Bell

Not a world @Bell ?? It’s been since December 21st that I sent you this message and still not answer from you guys. I would really appreciate to know the logic on that issue or if it’s a temporary thing or what. Thank you.

@Bell Hey Alexa, how is it possible that a company as garbage as bell, somehow manages to get even worse year after year? Departments can’t communicate with each other you say? Third party technicians and overseas support? Sales people lying with no penalty? Crumbling infrastructure?

@bell @Bell_Support you boast of rural internet. But my little rural street is deemed to have no service despite proximate houses on larger street getting it. You’re ignoring the rural locations. @MaryamMonsef I’m in Peterborough-Kwartha, will you help?

Already 30 days waiting for the new devices I bought from @Bell with a 2-year plan renewal. At the renewal, I was told it would take 5 business days. Already contacted the call center 3x and no one can solve the problem. That was the last time @Bell, zero respect for customers!
