Hi @bell #BellLetsTalk Between chat and telephone its been over an hour to resolve the billing and service issues I resolved on Oct 26 but were not implemented. I'm drained. Exhausted. Frustrated. Angry. I don't trust this is resolved. I'm afraid. Please stop doing this.

I seriously have never hated anything more than how much I hate @Bell_Support I can’t wait to move in two weeks and be rid of your services. I’ve now spent 2hrs of my precious time on the phone only to be transferred 4 times. So thank you and so long

@Bell_Support Tbh, I don't feel that's necessary, it's a simple general check that you should look at the current channel lineup and then fix the issue. I'm surprised no one has mentioned this before

Hi @Bell_Support. I am on the 3rd day of no cell service. I have a ticket number. Was given an estimate of 5-7 business days. Not just me, but neighbours using Bell, Telus and Virgin. How can you leave people without service for that long? This is unacceptable!
