    @myraccoonhands @cg_canning @Bell That’s not at all what happens, if you are requesting a service to be done in your home, the company will abide by your wishes. Not sure who you are used to dealing with, but that has always been the case - at least that’s been my experience over the last few years.

    @snikks20 @Bell_Support Having the same issue. The mobile app is working but accessing Fibe via my laptop (their webpage) keeps giving me error 1009

    @Bell_Support are you experiencing problems with phones? My Fibe tv came back but now my phone is suddenly reporting no SIM.
