@Bell I have an issue with Fibe I cannot get resolved via offshore support - the last call ended in a disconnect! I was called back by a CDN rep who at least could understand the issue. But it’s back! I need to speak to someone, in Canada, who can help me. BTW we are shareholders

@sparkyb1 @TorontoUltra @Bell Now Starlink is here and that other company changed their pricing. Bell tho, is still not on my street for internet, same with Videotron or an other ISP including DSL. For my cellphone, I have one or two bars on my on my phone with Bell which barely gives me a signal.

@maryannem_ @Bell_Support AAAAAHHHHHH!!!! I swear, I may just call Rogers and see if they have a solution for me to run off a hotspot. This is insane! NINE HUNDRED DOLLARS and it’s only worked continuously for 2 weeks out of 8!!!

Hi @Bell_Support I live in downtown #Toronto and have 10gb unlimited LTE service but over the last few weeks it has been extremely slow, almost to the point of throttled speed. Can you please look into why my #Mobility service is so slow?

@Bell_Support my Fibe internet was supposed to be installed on Aug 15, issues so a new tech came on the 16th seemingly resolved the issue. Today original tech came back and the issue remains unresolved. Called in to the support line I'm being told tech won't be here til September
