  @Bell I feel it's important to teach the sales team between Megabyte(MB) and Megabit(Mb). Just got off phone with Sales insisting I'm getting 500 Megabytes/s (not bits). This was my the official verbal confirmation for my plan. Otherwise excited to trying out your service! :)

  Dear @ShawDirect How is it that I have spent over 5 hours dealing with your customer and technical service people trying to purchase #NHLCentreIce2021 and still don't have it (although I have been already billed for it). @bell service wasn't nearly as bad as this. #Complicated

  @Bell_Support @Hazelxo6 There is an outage at Jane and Finch (Toronto) it has been a whole day, I called in the morning and I was told there was an outage. I can see the Bell truck here too. Can we at least get the extra data we get when this happens?

  @Bell_Support Do you know when the outage at Jane and Finch (Toronto) will be resolved? It has been a whole day and the Bell truck is still outside now even at night. We haven't even gotten the usual extra data we get from Bell mobility when this happens :/

  @Bell_Support What in the absolute **** happened to my internet service yesterday? It was down all day and I demand to k ow why. (Toronto, On) If you don't want to tell me, I'll be happy to call and yell at someone personally.
