    @Bell_Support this is probably more your territory. we don’t have a bell account, but my neighbour clearly does and will probably be upset when this cable comes down. how can i get a tech out here as soon as possible?

  • SherOnHealth Jonathan Sher (@SherOnHealth) reported

    @ConsumerSOS Also better customer service because that desert is populated not by call centres staffed by @Rogers or @Bell but instead by Screwhorn antelopes and Fennec foxes.

  • makemineamac andrew b ettinger🇨🇦 (@makemineamac) reported

    @drivermcivor @Bell They share the same network infrastructure. so nope!

  • mcf88 Maria (@mcf88) reported

    @Bell well. I was suppose to get a call back “48 hours” after my call and surprise surprise. One full week and no phone call returned. We will be to blame for their embarrassing customer service. Thank you for hurting small businesses.

  • kootenay1969 Cora Plourd (@kootenay1969) reported

    @Bell Switch from Bell, I was so happy to get rid of the last service with them

  • HankSamuelson HANK (@HankSamuelson) reported

    @Bell You charged us for "fibre" for 2 years at 120 dollars a month with speeds never getting over enough to stream netflix without buffering time and again. We find out from a bell employee just recently that there isnt even fibre on our street. This is theft. We fired Bell promptly.

    @Bell I'm with you and I pay 110 for 2GB? Wtf.

  • nighttrain99ca Kevin (@nighttrain99ca) reported

    @Bell_Support @woKaaW That’s the problem, you treat all your customers differently so you can conveniently charge various rates. Yes you have bundles, but not everyone is paying the same price for a particular bundle. This is intentional to suck as much money as you can from each customer.
