    @Bell All of the live Echat, phone, technical support is done by people in the Philippines. Canadian company outsourcing jobs and charging an astronomical amount of money for services.

    @Bell Wow 8K video on a device with limited storage, no SD card support, no TV's to display it on and a great way to burn through your data cap.

    @Bell_Support So do I get something back for losing internet for almost 2 days? My wife and I lost 2 days of work, not to mention the aggravation of being locked on the phone with Bell Support for hours. Although not all was bad, kids were happy not to attend online school.
