    @Bell_Support When I called just now service rep says this outage is due to a “scheduled service update” - would have been nice to have the heads up :( ugh!

    This is the third or fourth time this has happened with no communication to the customer this year. Beyond frustrated. @Bell, time you lost another.

    @Bell_Support The original post was about not finding the option. I'm saying I found it, just that it doesn't work as intended. Given that my ticket was merged into a solved one, so no hope of being reviewed, should I just repost with a comment that this is a different issue?
