@Senators @BradyTkachuk71 @Bell I expect the Sens to be so bad when they'll be back Saturday.

  • mcguirp Paul McGuire (@mcguirp) reported

So, how is this right. After days of poor internet, we call @Bell and they offer to upgrade us to the 'new fibe'. For free!! I check our upcoming bill and 'free' is now an additional $80.00 a month. How does one complain about scams like this? @CanadaConsumer

  • OntCapitalCity InCanadaSomewhere (@OntCapitalCity) reported

@Bell_Support Having issues accessing bell webmail on iPhone last 2 days. Computer access is OK but issues on iPhone. Normal?

  • Six13Tee Travis (@Six13Tee) reported

@Bell_Support low fiber connection in South Ottawa. Is the service down in this area?

  • MyWpgExperience Remy A. 🇨🇦 (@MyWpgExperience) reported

@SDeep_Tiwana @Bell UPDATE - Bell has finally realized there is an actual technical issue with my phone. They are sending out a loaner and taking my S22 in for service. I would like to thank the Technical Support Agent who took my case on personally and made this happen for me. #ThankYou #Finally

  • BurkeDesantis BurkeDeSantis (@BurkeDesantis) reported

@Bell_Support No TV service since Friday! Service call was cancelled because Bell scheduled a “seamless migration” appt for March 6. One has nothing to do with the other! You really expect a customer to go without service for 1 month?? Not normal!!

  • bredglass Daniela Glass (@bredglass) reported

@Bell_Support we still don’t have service… 2 weeks of constant interruptions and 4 hours now again with no internet. A technician was booked and then cancelled… . Hello??

  • LuxflexCo LuxFlex Co (@LuxflexCo) reported

@Bell_Support okay guys this is pathetic but I’ll be sure to call the media if you don’t fix the credit limit on my account. You’re limiting me based off a false credit report and you’re burying me and trying to stop me. I WILL NOT tolerate this anymore. I can’t even call my mom!

  • SlimChelvin Chelvin (@SlimChelvin) reported

@Bell_Support Update, after the fourth technician I was sent the new “GigaHub” which would “fix all my problems” How shocking to know that it also doesn’t work, and they want me to wait another two days for a technician
