    Week 6 of @Bell not fixing the dangerously low wire outside my house. Said techs were coming to fix. No one did. People walk by everyday and grab it.

    @Bell_Support . Our internet is down and my roommate cannot schedule a technician to come fix it because he’s not authorized on the account. I’m overseas l, do not have working phone so I cannot phone you. I’ve tried the chat 5x and it’s not working. How can I add him?
