Answer by @Bell to @TeksavvyBuzz #CRTC complaint "EBOX now a division of Bell. Bell doesn't provide EBOX with any wholesale services, telecom or other. There can be no agreement, off-tariff or not, preferential or not, between Bell & EBOX since they're the same corporate entity"

@Bell at what point do you actually give a f$$$ about customers? We moved over a week ago, paid for phone forwarding cause we couldn’t use our same number and you still aren’t forwarding our calls or playing the recorded message. Lost business !!! 25 year customer! FFS!
