@Bell_Support Been through this already and the remedy wasn’t close to touching my losses. Thank you anyways, but I’m still leaving as a customer.

@Bell_Support Reported this issue to @Bell_Support and a technician came out on Monday. Issue was faulty LNB which was replaced. Both receivers worked a few hours then stopped receiving 91 satellite Now being told to wait till Saturday for technician to fix issue. UNACCEPTABLE!!!

  • Monquibot JEMStone (@Monquibot) reported

@Bell Last 2 landlines I had installed took more than a week after contracted dates. I called over and over to try and get service, and had to tell them what hardware they needed to install/fix. Very frustrating experience both times.

Not sure if the head of Customer Service for @Rogers or @Bell_Support joined this startup because the speed and quality are somehow worse than Canadian Telecomm.

@Bell @Bell_Support You can improve on everything to be blunt because your service doesn't work. If I can't make it work by following your instructions and no tech person seems to be capable of knowing how to fix anything then it comes down to you Bell you're running a scam at this point. FEDUP

@Mark_Goldberg @Bell I think you said “The consumer interest is much more than just price….consumers value network quality and will switch service providers in order to get a better network experience.” ..

  • Engxge Dollar Store Bangalore (@Engxge) reported

@Accelerante @Bell_Support Report that **** to the their manager. They can get in a lot of trouble for clocking hours they aren’t working. Also it’s known that techs do this for jobs they don’t wanna bother with. Contractors are worse. Source: I used to be an Xfinity tech
