@Bell_Support @Bell Just got off a call with a Bell agent after Chat would not correct my issues. I have email proof of an order that a $50 connection fee was to be waived. Low and behold, guess what was not on my second bill? Agent refused multiple requests to provide proof of $50 mobility credit.

@Bell_Support for the past few months I have tried to upgrade my device online. No matter if I use my phone, laptop, clear cookies, incognito… it’s can’t be done and I keep getting told to try again or pay 50$ for a “upgrade fee” for a person to help me. Why isn’t this working?

  • Sridhar03809423 Sridhar (@Sridhar03809423) reported

@Bell_Support why does you smart home system customer support keeping lying to us, they say they will come to install the camera and no one comes! The support team promises to call back and never does

  • alexdalfonso1 Alex D'Alfonso (@alexdalfonso1) reported

@RogersHelps I'm 40 minutes outside my install window, and have been left on hold with the support line for about 30 mins. Is there ANYONE that can tell me where my install guy is? Making it really easy to switch to @Bell services
