    I’ve had enormous issues with my @bell fiber internet since moving, with many tech visits and hardware replacements. I finally caved and bought an @ASUSUSA #ax5400 #wifi6 router & disabled the wireless on the #bell router & WOW. EVERYTHING is better now. 🎉

    @Bell Yeah fix your lag with fiber and gain headaches valling bell support... Been dealing with a failed promise Bell made to me.. its been months and repeated calls get no where even though the promise was documented by bell...

    @Bell 1.5 GBPS Max Download Speed To "THE HUB". I don't know anyone that has this package that gets close to that speed. You guys have been ripping people off for years. Wif/hard wired speeds are no where near that around here. Hub speed test 942 down 401 up. Ookla 192 down and 77 up

    @Bell is there any issue with Bell service in Guelph? My son's phone is not working since Sunday morning. Our phones in Oakville are working fine.

    Ended up with a full month's refund. If you've had even the slightest trouble with your Bell anything in Ontario, call or use the MyBell app chat function to request a refund. @Bell_Support owes you money and are basically trying to steal from their customers.

    Told support I had already unplugged and done all the other troubleshooting steps. Told them the problem was obviously on their end but they kept the part about the WIDESPREAD NETWORK OUTAGE FOR WEEKS, secret from me until just now. @Bell_Support treats customers terribly.
