J’ai deux enfants et même s’il faut réduire les écrans, je me dois de préserver ce divertissement. Un appel, un technicien a la maison en moins de 2 heures, un nouveau terminal. Ma quiétude est de retour. Chapeau @Bell !

Dan Harris (@danharriscan) reported@CoryJudson It IS absolutely about the principle. Plus they know that most people either don't notice or give up. So don't! We had a problem with @Bell back in 2017 where they misbilled us every month we were with them. Then we sent the equipment back. Canada Post said to keep the receipt.

Then spent 6+ hours with agents. 1 problem wasn't solved & turns out your receiver is faulty. We've been paying for a service that doesn't work. For all this they gave me $20. Truly insane!

Leo (@Leo71106092) reported@Bell_Support @Bell @Bell_Support lies again. Service repair for a telephone cable issue is now expected to be fixed by May 19th at 10 pm. That puts it at 10 days for 94 yr old who relies on her home phone for communication as well as safety with a life alert system.
