Maxime Charbonneau (@MaxCharbonneau) reported from Mirabel, QuebecCe midi, en quarantaine, mon terminal @Bell à rendu l’âme. J’ai deux enfants et même s’il faut réduire les écrans, je me dois de préserver ce divertissement. Un appel, un technicien a la maison en moins de 2 heures, un nouveau terminal. Ma quiétude est de retour. Chapeau @Bell !

Therese (@theresemacdona6) reported@Bell On phone now. On hold of course!! Talk about stress. Unbelievable. A huge company like Bell to mean to treat its customers properly and send out someone to install!

Olujide 'Chukwudi' Sobola (@sobola_jats) reported@Highteaspeaks @ajayi_g @Bell It is good you had a good offer from Chatr. I used Chatr for 2 years. I was paying 50 cad per month, tax inclusive for 5GB data. When I was frustrated and called them, their customer service person did not care. I had to port to Telus to get 60GB data for same price.

tuxking2000 (@tuxking2000) reported@bell fibe pvr still sucks big time, backup, forward during the hockey game just freezes. programmed by monkeys. infrared signals still don't work like they should. just a flaming pile of excrement.

Justin S (@thej_schro) reported@POW2112 @CraveCanada @Bell BBUS moving homes was inevitable. There’s no way another network was going to allow a popular franchise like BB to go un-monitized in Canada. That said I’m glad the deal also includes BBCAN.

† Data Babe (@alentyler) reported@Highteaspeaks @Bell If you have a Costco membership card , you can check out any Fido or Roger’s stand in Costco. Most times they offer good deals. I was able to cut mine down from around 85 or so to 40$ tax included.
-
Moses (@dynamozes) reported@Highteaspeaks @Bell Try to get on an employee program with either Telus or Rogers. If you don't mind issues with network coverage sometimes and the likes, then try Koodo or Fido for cheaper plans. But if you want a plan that's 5g and the likes, then I'll suggest the Big 3. Worked for them before

Adarsh (@whois_adarsh) reported@Bell customer service is unbelievably bad. I have an auto credit applied to my account that keeps getting randomly deactivated every month, and I have to call again and again to get it fixed. Multiple calls, hours wasted, still no permanent resolution. Do better @Bell_Support
-
ISIKO ISAAC (@isaac_isiko) reported@Highteaspeaks @Bell Man, it’s honestly so annoying. Last month I was expecting a bill of like $90, then boom — they send me $260, with over $80 just labeled as “others”. I’ve never left Canada, never made international calls, nothing. When I called, it was just automated nonsense.
