    @FibeBell tu sais quand tu appels Bell pour un problème , ont me dit , ont peux rien faire , il faut envoyer un technicien mais pas avant demain ! Ta..je peux même pas écouter le hockey , la tv , pas de réseau ! Bravo a @bell crisse

    Ce midi, en quarantaine, mon terminal @Bell à rendu l’âme. J’ai deux enfants et même s’il faut réduire les écrans, je me dois de préserver ce divertissement. Un appel, un technicien a la maison en moins de 2 heures, un nouveau terminal. Ma quiétude est de retour. Chapeau @Bell !

    Tu sais quand tu es avec @Bell depuis 5-6 mois , que les services sont très bon mais que je dois appeler a chaque fois que je reçois la facture parce que il y a toujours un erreur sur ma facture 😬

    @FF_MuTeX @Bell Not fiber, but my outside connections/splitters were loose. In my neighbors yard. No way I could have fixed that problem myself. Modem would reset by itself randomly and eventually lost all internet access. Hopefully you find a tech who cares about his job and looks for the issue

    @Bell misallocated my payment for home and internet. They cut off my service despite the mistake being on their end. I've jumped through every hoop. Resubmitted payment and still no service. Horrible customer service

    @FF_MuTeX @Bell There’s a splitter that connects the lines from in the home to the outside that runs to the source. They tend to crap out and can cause this.

    @FF_MuTeX @Bell I just fixed this issue. If it’s power cycling it could be due to the outlet it’s plugged into not getting enough power. If it’s randomly disconnecting have your ISP (if it’s fiber) change the switches you are connected to from the outside.

    @Bell i am still receiving bill for non returned modem even though i have already sent. Its been more than a month. Pathetic service. Please check that thanks. I can send the ref number and everything
