J’ai deux enfants et même s’il faut réduire les écrans, je me dois de préserver ce divertissement. Un appel, un technicien a la maison en moins de 2 heures, un nouveau terminal. As previous posters have said. 1st world prices for 3rd world service. I actually had better cell service when I was in Cuba.

You discovered that life in Canada is expensive and so people are cutting down on expenses where they can... But you couldn't possibly have that. So now you seek to curtail one's ability to use their hotspot to try and drive people to take on Home Internet service... Something you don't even provide in the province of Saskatchewan. Interesting times when you opt to make your service delivery worse than Rogers.

Bell says they don't have a crew that can run an internet cable from a pole across the street to my home. They also can't give me a date when they can fix this. I want a discount on my internet bill.

NS (@kojam2022) reported@Bell_Support Just checked the app and see a notice that you're doing planned network maintenance. I have done backbone IT support for some BIG providers over the years. Never would/could we disrupt service. You don't have fail over or redundancy to mininmalize disruption? 😡
