J’ai deux enfants et même s’il faut réduire les écrans, je me dois de préserver ce divertissement. Un appel, un technicien a la maison en moins de 2 heures, un nouveau terminal. Competition offered us a massive permanent discount. Bell's response: save $15/month & hung up on me. What a joke

Then spent 6+ hours with agents. 1 problem wasn't solved & turns out your receiver is faulty. We've been paying for a service that doesn't work. For all this they gave me $20. Truly insane!

Lino Palmieri (@linop67) reported@nath_beauregard @Bell When I call I don’t even speak to the rep that answers the call I immediately ask for customer loyalty and they usually find a way to meet my demands through discounts or promos or something to satisfy me but you have to stay on top of it there are other options but Bell works
