    @Bell_Support I tried the virtual assistant it said the problem was fixed and im still getting the 1009b/p error message this is so frustrating 🙃

    Ok @Bell_Support four texts, several emails and app updates are appreciated during an outage but the outage was like seven minutes. I’m ok.
