@pixels_mom @TekSavvyBuzz @Bell We pay Bell $280 a month for a bundle. Home phone, tv and internet. The only other option here in NB for internet is Rogers, and their internet sucks. We work from home and need a strong connection. That doesn't even include cell phones. Robbery, but what can I do?

@Bell_Support will now lose a day of vacation/pay because neither me nor my partner are able to work from home (or go anywhere else for that matter given lockdown). Incredibly frustrated that a customer-focused resolution has not been prioritized for such an issue, incredibly sad

Our service got disconnected for absolutely no reason, and our connection was "given away" to someone else per the technician. Not sure how this could ever happen as we were paying and upstanding customers with no disruption in billing or service. @Bell_Support
