@Bell you have been charging for a service I canceled years ago and I am really angry !! I think I may cancel because this has made me really upset.

  • TommyvooToGo Tom Wilson (@TommyvooToGo) reported

@countyofbrant need some help regarding unsafe overhead phone lines in Cathcart ON. @Bell is preventing me access to my property due to low hanging phone lines

  • The_ReaperQueen QueenReaper (@The_ReaperQueen) reported

@PtashkaT @Bell_Support They have and if you call them they will tell you. They said a 3rd party cut a fiber line that fed directly into a cell tower. I have bell internet and a Telus phone and can't get service on my phone in some places. Same thing for my friend who has Rodgers

  • rlstrojny Rachel Strojny (@rlstrojny) reported

@Bell_Support This is disheartening. I not only work outside my home, but jy job requires that I also be able to work from home on my own time. I cannot do this when my Interner is not working. I truly hope Bell does the right thing and compensates those of us who have lost service over this.

  • dlcourtemanche Daniel Courtemanche (@dlcourtemanche) reported

@Bell_Support Just spoke with Bell tech support and they said it will be fixed by 5:00pm Sunday.

  • MgniM MgniM (@MgniM) reported

I would like to thank @bell for the three day’s worth of extra 50 GB of mobile data they provide every time @hydroquebec has a power failure. At least one huge company is doing a little something to help their customers.

  • tymagoo Tyler McGhee (@tymagoo) reported

@Bell_Support They say it’s a cut line so you thing it’s something that would be repairable if you had already determined the problem

  • Njhw74 Jane Walker (@Njhw74) reported

@Bell_Support Finally service is restored, it’s about time. So many of your customers asked for an update over the last 24+ hours (the least you could have done) and we were all completely ignored. It’s not good enough and probably past time to be looking for another service provider!

  • D_Hildebrandt Daniel Hildebrandt (@D_Hildebrandt) reported

@Bell_Support any news on the Barrie outage since yesterday morning? It would be great more transparency on when we’ll get internet connection again.

  • EddieSheerr Eddie Sheerr (@EddieSheerr) reported from Mount Pearl, Newfoundland and Labrador

@forwest3 The cell networks in Newfoundland are wonderful, at least on @Bell. The US has the same issue with cell service today it had 15 years ago. You’ll get excellent connections to the tower and slow service b/c there is not enough bandwidth. It’s incredible that is still an issue
