@Bell I just wasted 3 hours on the phone trying to port my old phone number to your service that I signed up for. No one has been able to do it and so I have made the decision to cancel my new service with you and stick to my previous mobility provider.

@Humanitaires @Bell $200 fee for keeping hold of a modem for an extra month, when my monthly bill for service and equipment rental was about $210. 🐎💩! These service providers know their days are numbered, so they're intent on squeezing every last dime out of existing customers.

@Bell I’ve been waiting for 2 years to have a temporary line made permanent and buried. Lack of WIFI service has been so bad that I actually bought Rogers too. So now I have both. Today, I called the Loyalty Dept to explain the problem. Instead of helping, she hung up on me.

Worst customer service at @Bell They will tell lies and make fake promises when you want to port your network. And once you fall in their trap, they cannot keep their words. I am a loyal customer ever since I moved to Canada, and all I got is fake promises
