@Bell_Support It is my understanding that Bell upgraded its hardware at Tower Rd near Dear Lake NL to 5G. Before, service in the Town of Howley was poor, now it is worst. Difficult to manage a Town when Town Staff in the field cannot be contacted. @FureyAndrew MHA/Premier

@this_is_meliss @Bell This dude totally went off script. He was calling me stupid for not taking the “deal”. Turns out I have the best deal they have which is ludicrous. How the hell do these companies get away with this?

@Bell_Support @cassandraonline It been 4 days from 1pm to 10pm. 4 days of lost service. I lost 4 days of work. Your employees hang up on us. As customers we should be told when repairs and service is being done. This is a disgrace. Will I get credit for money lost of work and service fix?

wonder why @CTV provided by @Bell consitantly drops it's streaming 45 minutes into the service: it isn't technical incompetence: more like management-inspired harrassment of viewers for reasons unknown ...

@Bell @Bell_Support Why someone will take 1 gig internet when there is no difference between 500MB & 1 gig. Your level-2 said that I deserve 250 mbps even when I am in LAN too. Ridiculous arguments from tech support. Not expected this from company like @Bell . Time to retrospect
