@yourpersianmuse @Bell Just so it’s clear: this isn’t updating your personal online account which is what you are talking about. This is updating equifax information. Not your personal login information with them.

@Bell_Support love being told from the Philippines that there's no outage or issue in your area when you've been given a new modem new wires ran outside ur house and there's bell work happening on the street but there's no outage .... how does that make sense...

  • SheilaCoteMeek Dr. Sheila Cote-Meek (@SheilaCoteMeek) reported

@kwetoday @Bell I spent 2 hrs ordering a service & another 2 hrs trying verifying the service I ordered (which they called to verify) the day before only to have Bell cancel it! #frustrating

@Bell No outage I've been told? I see multiple bell contractors on my street working and pulling wires only to be told on the phone that there is no outage in my area RIDICULOUS... I can't even be told when my services will be back. A shareholder

@Bell_Support Error 2000 & unable to connect .. tried everything. Is there an outage..?

  • kwetoday Naomi Sayers, Lawyer (@kwetoday) reported

Let’s be real: all these companies asking for down payments (my utility) or to verify my ID - they are doing credit checks. They need to tell you that they are doing before doing so. This is why @bell’s “verifying your ID” is bogus. They can verify my ID. They just want more.

@kwetoday @Bell I spoke with @bell yesterday on the phone regarding connection issues, and they gave me another phone number to call for assistance and it was the number for Virgin Mobile... LOL
