@Bell With the outrageous fees you charge, you don't even have 24 hr tech support??? There's an outage and there isn't even anyone available to notify. The only option on your website is to phone, but people can't #@*%ing phone you when your service is out!

@Bell_Support @SunilKadikar You know, if Bell could be bothered to provide adequate technical support options, maybe they wouldn't need to keep begging customers to DM them every time a customer posts to the internet seeking support. We shouldn't have to turn to Twitter to access @Bell_Support.

@Comd_RCN_34 @Bell_Support @RogersHelps Had our service setup last week at 1.5Gbps, they actually had me on their 100Mbps service. How these things happen is beyond me.

@Bell_Support #BellLetsTalk about how you signed up my 93 year old uncle for internet when he’s never used the internet before and then told him he has to go online to cancel! Your 3rd party stores are misleading the elderly and make it impossible for them to get support!

@Louise13Moons @Bell It took many months for Bell to even recognize that there was a hardware issue affecting my rural neighbourhood, with daily intermittent Internet outages and everyone impacted calling in numerous times. It greatly impacted my remote work.

@Bell_Support - I am not a customer so can't use your chat help. A temporary Bell cable — which had been there for years, so not so temp — has been strung in my tree going to my neighbour’s house. How do I communicate my desire to have this cable removed from my property?
