@Bell_Support Look, I just called and talked to a customer service rep and I was simply told. Too bad, it sucks for everyone. No discount or anything even though you guys are so quick to charge me for every bit of overage. Just crap customer service #Bell

@Bell Fiber was awesome for the 24hrs that it actually worked. Dropped dead this evening and they won't do sfa about it til sometime tomorrow afternoon. Not like we have to work or anything?! You'd think in this day 'n age with so many people WFH that you could get help after 6pm

@Bell_Support @Bell 2 months, which according to her are now over. I told her a) we were not informed it was a limited time service...we were told the service was included in our package on an ongoing basis, and b) even if we were told (we weren't) then it's within the time

@DMC51450 @Bell Lack of IPv6 is a real problem. The speed problem can be fixed: Dump the HH3000. I am running a small PC running pfSense. I put in a 10gbps sfp+ card. No bell router in place

@Bell_Support It’s discouraging that you weren’t able to fix this problem. Seems like a weird situation. I am hearing that a lot of people have been having trouble with their Bell Sympatico email lately
