@Bell and nobody at your customer service lines will help and have just told me to upgrade my plan. Not only that, the phones offered in this plan don't work properly and bell did not even port my number properly. I have called numerous times with nobody being helpful at all.

@Bell Service said when we ordered modem, we didn’t not order installation. So far we have got the modem for 3 days and couldn’t get internet service and nobody from bell would help. Wondering why so have cheater sales? Crappy

@Bell_Support hello, good day. I spent 1hr 15mins this morning on a call trying to add a new line for my daughter. Bell had issues processing my order.I asked for a callback to finish my order. I have yet to receive this call and I don’t want to have go through everything again.

So far today the internet has dropped 7 times! I don't have a choice for service where I am. I am not a fan of @Bell worst connection ever!!

@Bell WARNING: Your sales team pulled a bait and switch on me saying bell was offering competitive plans in response to the Rogers outage in July. I was offered a better plan and agreed to switch. I found out after the plan offered did not exist and now forced to stay and upgrade

@Bell, I'm nearly 97 years old. The reliability of my home phone is a critical part of my support network that allows me to be independent at home. Why do you think that 5 days is an acceptable turn-around time to restore my service? Do you want my grandchildren to find me dead?
