Just my regular reminder to @CRTCeng @Bell @Rogers et co that it's 2021 and despite living a mere 20 mins outside of the capital, the best internet service I can be offered is an expensive 10Mb down/1Mb up.

@Bell_Support Hey there! I'm in need of some assistance regarding a mobile phone on my account. I need to completely DISABLE data on one of my phones. I DO NOT want it to be "pay per use" but completely disable the feature. Please help!

@cogeco hi. I recently signed up for 2 year internet. Well... If another outage happens, you can take your "2 year contract"& stick it. I work from home. If you can't provide stable service, I will go back to @bell. And if you think I'll pay an early exit fee... You're so wrong

@Bell I have restarted it many times & also did all the trouble shooting. Technician scheduled to come by this afternoon... Again. Fingers crossed that 3rd time is the charm. Very frustrating having internet go down 3 X in 4 wks.

@Bell thank god I called the loyalty department to renew my plan for only 1hr 30min on hold after the agent said he was looking into my price for the phone to hang up on his end and not call back 😱😱 #brutal

Thankfully my mom tracked the tech who took the wires down with his truck and he's going to fix it. @Bell it shouldn't have to be this hard. You hit the wires with your truck, waiting until tomorrow isn't an option.
