    @Bell I used to have Bell home phone, mobile and internet. I cancelled all because the customer support is horrible. The support people put you on hold multiple time for 10 mins or more and are unable to resolve almost every issue after spending an hour on the call.

    @crossmanatlaw @RogersHelps @Bell_Support I'm in Old Ottawa South as well. Been going in circles with the customer care and tech support for 2 hours. all they can say is it will be back soon. no actual info or details. I've never seen a communications company fail so bad at communicating!

    .@Bell_Support there is a leaning Bell telephone pole with sagging cables that my young child can reach. Neighbor demolishing house on Monday which will bring the poorly installed pole down on our garage. 3 mo+ of escalation with many technician visits. 3+ tix raised. No action!

    @Bell_Support If you're here to help help me on this please. I'm trying to move my mother's line to my house. She passed away earlier this year, I explained this to your agent and she asked to speak to her. I told her that wouldn't be possible. I have been on the phone for 20.

    @Bell_Support @Masayalb Good thing I didn’t wait for the customer support as they were unresponsive for my account to be fixed, I was referred to @Multihacktech by a friend and they were able to resolve the problem.

    @Bell_Support @Masayalb The problem with customer support is their no response or automated replies that do not solve anything. When I had similar difficulties with my account I had to reach out to @Multihacktech for help. The good thing is they did help fix my acct.
