Hey @RogersHelps @rogers. Been a customer for 30 years. Been Loyal. Defended you but honestly I just had such a bad experience with a CSR regarding my dead fathers account that I may switch to @Bell.

@Bell #bell just looked at the official bell X site to see if anyoune else was reporting problems at the moment got about 20 pages of posts and reposts by Bell before I gave up scrolling down. Is there any way that you can find out if there are problems on the bell network

@Bell and bad services from the #Moroccan call centers. I advise all Canadians do not call French lines because you will get the worst service from Moroccan call centers. It will be 100% better to struggle with English than to call in French.

@Rogers In my conversations with @Bell sales folks and @Rogers support, I asked why the prices have to go up, and I got 2 responses in most cases: 1. Ongoing infrastructure maintenance costs 2. Inflation What is the actual reason and the logic behind the calculations?

Getting Bell Internet @Bell @Bell_Support was the worst mistake I’ve ever made in my life. 4 days with no internet access and they keep postponing the timeline for the service treating customers like we’re idiots. I’m so ******* done with this.
