    After spending ~25 minutes yesterday and 49 minutes today on a call with @Bell, I conclude that they have by far the worst customer service to complete a very minor request of an add-on to my phone line. Have spoken with 6 different reps and 2 calls dropped. Request incomplete.

    @Bell_Support So Im here with apparently good internet according to my modem but my pc and everything is slow ASF Idk what to do Ive restarted my modem like 100 times vie hard reset it Ive reset my ethernet and now its slower the an my internet without ethernet. I NEED HELP.

    @Bell_Support Been on the phone with Bell for 45 minutes trying to transfer phones lines to a different account. YOU want to charge me $45 + tax (per line) to keep me as a customer? Really? Awful customer service. Really considering cancelling all my cellphone lines now.

    @Bell_Support Is it possible to unsubscribe from the Emergency Alert Service? I can read the visual notice. But that damn screeching beeping noise blasting through Bluetooth in my car at maximum volume. Doesn’t matter what my volume is set to. Alert=deafness. Opt out, please?

    Hey @Bell_Support @CraveCanada is there a known outage in midtown Toronto? We’re having issues playing anything. Netflix and internet in general is fine at home.

    @Bell #bellmobility #CustomerService #fail sitting now at 28 days since I requested a phone upgrade. Phone was shipped and lost in mail. ) not delivered. Customer services are terrible. Keep Saying phone is shipped when Canada post says it’s lost.
