Judy Nguyen (@judy_newyen) reported@Bell please explain how there’s been an internet outage in my area for the last 4 days that has yet to be fixed?!! And when I called to cancel my service, I’m told I have to pay a cancellation fee. I didn’t sign up for unreliable service! Why should I be penalized?!
