    @CRTCeng And yet, in Canada, both @Bell and @Rogers can one, charge way over the true market value for a phone, then put in place a "Device return Policy" which leaves the customer with nothing? T-mobile for an example. Unlimited everything and four lines for $140 a month.

    If I were the straight forward internet service upgrades I requested from @Bell, I would simply work properly instead of knocking my internet out entirely

    I have now spent a total of 2 hours on the phone with @Bell only to find out in a follow up email that my services have been downgraded and I’ll be paying $20 more per month!!!!. Changes have been made to my account without my consent!! Any tips on how to fix this?

    @Bell so my wife recently had her Note 9 charging port repaired at #SmartWireless Mission HIlls 32530 Lougheed Hwy, Mission, BC. They charged $70 cash. Not accepting debit. 3 days later back not charging with water drop on screen. Smart Wireless Mission bad. Moving to Telus

    @Bell_Support I have concerns with EVERYTHING. Not just the phone service.. Actually I just need internet now and it's slower than promised so why stay at all???

    @Bell not too impressed with Bell Alarm. Tried calling for tech support on hold forever. Went online and opened a ticket thinking I’ll get help. A few days after I received an email saying they have received the ticket and to please call tech support and ticket is closed.

    @Bell I called the bell support for upgrade my device.and asked for iphone 12 pro max 256 gb. She told me the device price $1930. But iphone 12 pro max 256 gb price on apple store or online is $1689.Making 2 years contract+charging the device price above apple price.ripping off

    @jennyjcowley definitely no lack of news story about how internet service interruptions are impacting people expected to work from home during a pandemic. We've now been without internet for 3 days, nobody has data left, no resolution expected for min. 24h. @Bell_Support @VMCcare

    @Bell_Support Grousewood Lane, Kingston Ontario, several homes with no phone / DSL service since Christmas Eve. Cause: single vehicle accident Middle Rd @ Grousewood took out pole/lines. We filed a ticket with Primus but Bell owns the lines. Need fix ASAP. I work from home

    @LoriGraham4 @Bell_Support Saved $50 a month switching to easlink and the service is just as good.
