After all the disappointments with Rogers, I decided to move to @bell…LOL, their onboarding and customer service is so bad it actually makes me want to stay with the most unreliable network in the country

@Bell Literally the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life. Sold me fibre internet without even checking if my neighbourhood was capable. Was promised high speed fibre. Wasnt until everything was installed until we learned they cant provide fibre in our area.

@Bell We are now using Fire TV but there is no TSN app in the App Store. I’m asking this because you own TSN and you’re advertising not using sketchy links. How are we to watch TSN using our Firestick if there is no app? There’s an app for every other network in Canada.

Had 3 internet outages in 3 weeks on @RogersHelps and an awful customer experience trying to find out the fix status. 2 out of 3 outages caused by @Bell digging up streets to lay cables. Thank god for @TELUS and their great mobile service, they've kept me working during all this!

@Bell_Support when a service that uses your lines goes down because your line is faulty, you have to fix it. Stop blaming the company who just supplies the modem. A bell technician installed it and serviced it. 20 hrs without internet and now I gotta wait 24 more to get someone

@Bell_Support Literally go **** yourselves. Your technician cut our cable line so now we have to have Rogers come in and run a new line from the street. You have ****** up everything. Evil.
