    @Bell_Support your bell support staff are not competent. As a small business owner your service is only as good as your incompetent staff. Someone there isn’t doing their job in the senior management position. Head office are you there.

    196 hours into my supervisor call back request with @Bell_Support that was supposed to take 48 hours. I'm also 27 hours into the second supervisor call back request. @Bell fail.

    @Bell_Support Absolute worst experience with bell satellite tv. Customer service is subpar. Two no shows with service representative, appointment booked and waited two weekends in a row with multiple phone calls in between. Time to switch to Shaw.
