@Bell is THE WORST got my account suspended becauae noone u talk to takes notes than get it reconnected but only tv, no internet for more than 2 day, billing says its a rechnical issue, tech support says its a billimg issue, like really. This company SUCKS i dont recommend at all

Can someone help? @ConsumerSOS any tips on how a friend gets @Bell to give a darn about them making an error on a bill? Her mom passed away, family cancelled...Bell kept billing. How gross is this. Friend is very tired of trying to argue with them.

@Bell_Support I expected an answer, but not the first step in a support handbook "Reset/reboot the machine". C'mon we are all savvy enough these days to think about that. It literally makes no difference. I will start a chat, but doubt there will be a solution. Can't wait for @SpaceXStarlink

@Bell_Support Lol, really? Reboot is the FIRST thing I did. Then changed the phone cable. Then called bell this morning. Went and got a new modem, installed it...still blinking WAN...called bell again to be told “internet is down in our area, sorry for the inconvenience”. 😳
