Dealing with @bell and billing issues has to be the biggest pain the a** ever! Consistently multiple calls to deal with billing issues. Can never get it right. @Bell_Aliant #fibe

@Bell_Support I’m so angry.I waited on chat for 25 mins. They called me and I was on for 37 mins. 35 of that was on hold. Can’t help asked for a manager- was told he was the last line. Asked again. Was put “on hold” which isn’t hold. There was no music. 10 mins later hung up on

@Bell_Support 38hrs without internet in Montreal. Ridiculous that when I called they had no information to give me other than "we're aware of the issue". Can we just have an estimate of when it will be resolved?
