@Bell_Support Literally the first thing the Bell Support page directs you to do is reboot your receiver when the blue Bell Fibe logo display is stuck. And now, after five hours down, you recommend NOT rebooting?

@Bell_Support It's been 4 hours and as far as I can tell, nothing has been done and nothing has been communicated to the thousands of customers who have been waiting. I look forward to finding out what you will be doing for your customers since you are clearly not providing a service.
