Now I'm just mad. No @virginmobilecan internet for almost 2 hours with no way to get in touch with anyone to resolve the issue. Says I'm "connected" on my account but the modem says it's not. Is there an outage? @Bell

@Bell_Support Hi there, Internet has been on and off today—I counted at least four times my wifi shut off. I asked around and it seems to be an issue for other Bell users in our building on Dundas and Bathurst. Someone please advise?
