@Bell_Support you seriously going to charge me overage fees for your LTE network following this storm that knocked out everyone’s wifi? Bit of a money grab considering even the LTE network was down for awhile. @

@Bell_Support Stuck in internet limbo with crappy tech support ! You would think updating to a new Hub4000 would be seamless BUT it's a nightmare. After 3 attempts, I'm sending it back. #badservice
@tmuchmore29 @Bell Rogers gave us free cell data for two months because of the interruption to service. Dump Bell.

It is incredible how we are extremely vulnerable as customers and no matter what, we always have to pay for outstanding and expensive balances even though bills are unfair. My Bell experience was awful @Bell with a very poor and overpriced service.
