    @Bell Quite a pathetic customer service. It seems like a huge organization is acting like Cheapsters!!! Bell owes me $6.92 in credit for more than one year and I have to repeatedly call them to get it resolved. It has not resolved yet!! It is frustratingggg :(

    Im shocked by the fact that I have to explain what a scheduled appointment is to @bell. This is just crappy customer service and I def do not recommend their products.

    @Bell_Support wondering why I’m unable to connect to wifi. Is there issues somewhere? Live in Woodstock,Ontario. Do I need to call Bell for repair service. Have tried restarting modem several times.

    Ordered a 50’ Ethernet cable so my kid can (hopefully) school-at-home without interruption this week. My @bell connection is trash. Wifi signal drops whenever anyone moves in the living room. 😬

    My gf and I spent our entire Sunday dealing with the absolute worst customer service possible from @Bell_Support (1/3)
