Hey @Bell - it takes some kind of special for a company to screw up one customer move as badly as you have on this one. 5 hour wait & no show. No call or explanation. Several hours of being bounced from one service rep to another - to no satisfaction. Staggeringly bad service.

@Bell What a terrible service, and when it inevitably goes wrong, the customer service is even worse.

@Bell I am still waiting for the phone lines to get upgraded, its been over 40 years. You took government $$$ built a backbone through the town providing the lowest service available and left the surrounding areas with tired, worn out and outdated phone lines. All we get is excuses.

@Bell_Support This is not the case. I was forced to upgrade my plan because BELL BLOCKED my account for going over. Know when I call in to loyalty I am being told I can not get my plan back and I will have to stay with this plan. So I went from 46$ to 61$. I want my old plan back. HELP ME!

She couldn’t call because she only has a home phone, and because her Bell service wasn’t working, neither was her phone. See the problem here? Surely there could be a workaround for those who use @Bell without a cell phone to get help, when they make the effort to go in person!

@Bell_Support I call you guys for help because my phone keeps going into sos mode. Agent walks me through a network reset. Now all my wifi passcodes are gone. I had no idea. No warning. Years of passwords at clients’ houses gone. I hate @Bell so much right now. 🖕

@Bell_Support But again those methods all require either working cell or internet, none of which she had because your service was down. The point is she went IN PERSON for help and was told they couldn’t help her unless she had tried virtual means first. There should be a work around!

@Bell Rogers, Bell, both need a shake up from a monster from the states. Had Rogers, left due to incompetence and poor customer service, now with Bell, not bad on the customer service front, but it’s tv packages and channeling are the issues. Pay way to much for what we get.
