Wife spoke to CSR re: better deal for our 5of6 out-of contract devices. A deal was made to save ~$100/m. Next bill comes - no change. 1/

I finally was able to cancel my service but it was not easy, they refused to stop sending me bills, I did not owe them anything but they said I did. Very crooked company
