Dear @CTV and @Bell. Did you know your CTV app on platforms like apple TV and firestick is the absolute worst? Well, it's the absolute worst. Has anyone there ever used it, ever? Please do some QA and implement advertising in a way that works and respects a paying subscriber. Smh
@Bell_Support Any updates on the cellular outage north of Gros Morne, NL? Out since 7pm last evening.
@Bell_Support has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. No sense of urgent or passion with helping a customer when they work from home. Getting my internet fixed has been almost impossible.
Can you imagine @Bell it has been 15 days since I order two phones with two numbers online still the order has not been shipped. I talked to 3 different customer service reps, 2 supervisor, 2 sells agent, 2 care specialist wasted 5hrs of my time but get no result @cbcmarketplace

@stratgal62 @Rogers @Bell Apparently we are a priority now. Another Tech arrives at 6pm on a Sunday and leaves apologizing. Still no service. Looks like someone entered the wrong IP address at the backend. And so we wait. To quote a wise man "Rogers suck!"

(tweet 1 of 2 ) 25 years with @Bell (@Bell_Aliant ) and over $15000 in personal business and I got fed up with the way they treat loyal customers and kicked them to the curb! Change is good an easy. The final straw was during hurricane Fiona when their cell reception was garbage.
@Bell_Support I was set up for install of internet Friday and then an emergency set up Sunday. Both were cancelled by your team due to over booking. This is an unacceptable practice to make people wait around all day and then cancel them.
