@Bell Inconsistent unstable speeds, even with Pods. Fibe TV has dropped few times this past week alone a d streaming was not stable. Bell reset system. Still lucky to see 500mbps after reset. 500+ would be nice. Not sure we will continue with Bell.

@Bell Bell is trash. Consider this a customer gone notice. Tired of having to call every month to straighten out a problem the person on the other end of the line has no clue how to fix. And how many different departments do u need? Pure garbage and u don't give a s#%t.

@Bell This is not true. any rain or storm. If your neighbour had bell expect interfering and signal loss. and it’s 150$ and the pods suck and turn off by them self. should have stuck with cogeco.

  • GillisSusan SusanGillis🇨🇦 (@GillisSusan) reported

@Bell_Support @Bell_Support we all know how this works, a lot of time spent info gathering to no useful purpose. Improve your rural internet infrastructure. That’s the fix.

  • CousineauAlbert 🇨🇦🍦The Hoof Trimmer🇨🇦 (@CousineauAlbert) reported

@RCLranger @Bell_Support Bell support sucks eh.

  • GillisSusan SusanGillis🇨🇦 (@GillisSusan) reported

@Bell_Support Thanks I will do that. I really wish there would be a solution. There’s too many customers on your rural servers (that’s well established) and instability and drop of service happen daily.

@Netflixhelps explain that March 6th the app will no longer be able to be accessed through my @Bell fibe box in my home on my wifi network. I'm confused. The box runs on my home wifi network, which is what you want. Help me understand this one @Bell_Support
