@Bell_Support @Bell If your strategy was to roll out a stinker of an AI customer service replacement and frustrate long time customers Congrats, you’ve succeeded! I always longed for a $130/mo service supported by low IQ robots, sending callers back to the main menu 10x 😖😡

@nath_beauregard @Bell I cancelled Bell a year ago. They give you a good 2 year deal and then screw you when its time to renew. After i cancelled they then want to give you a deal. Screw Bell. Never again

@Bell it’s 2026, why does your mobility services not support outgoing caller name display? This should be stardand especially for business mobility clients who want the name of their business shown when they call clients. Telus and Rogers has this standard.

So, staring at what I have, it is very much a networking purview, whereas, my math doesn't add things up in one place to compute and in a query, whereas with the @Rogers and @Bell network, these times are going to add up at exactly, causing a determinant to exist as a light...

@ryangerritsen @Bell They are all the same. Every few months you have to spend a whole lot of time of the phone with what they call customer retention - renegotiating your services to bring the price down. It is a game. However, at the end you will always pay more even after so called discounts.

Good luck convincing @Bell with that. Greedy ****’s will never let that happen.

@nath_beauregard @Bell You have to ask to speak to someone in the retention department to get a better deal the regular customer service people can’t make those offers.

Is @TSN_Sports really not playing @NASCAR in Canada today? @Bell you need to fix this.
