Hey @Bell, why can’t I watch all of my paid for channels on the Fibe TV app. I keep getting the message to watch it on my receiver but the whole point of using the app is so I don’t have to use the receiver when I’m not home. This is stupid. @Bell_Support #FibeTV

@Bell PODS Don’t work! Now tech is telling me they can’t add these pods back! Someone canceled our pods from our account????? I am the only one who has the APP and am also the only contact. This is the WORST service EVER!

@Bell_Support I'm so tired of my internet disconnecting for no reason multiple times a day. I pay $100 a month for this stupid internet and i don't have any other choice cause theres no other providers that provide service in my area, FIX YOUR **** PLEASE
For everyone's sake @Bell_Support is awful. They charged me a $50.85 account transfer fee w/o informing me to change an account from my Moms name to mine before we switched to Telus. My Mom is dead. I am furious. Don't do business with Bell folks.
Anyone know why @Bell internet, phone and cable was out for so long in Nova Scotia? It was out from yesterday afternoon until overnight. Being cut off completely for so long really showed how much we depend on it. Also showed why internet needs to be declared a vital service.
