Le service à la clientèle de @Videotron est pire que celui de @Bell. Je dois être un des rares à avoir eu un excellent service Bell et de bons prix. Pas possible de négocier de bons prix pour ajouter la Helix TV parce que j’ai déjà un service d’actif. 🤯

Lorsque tu fais le switch chez @Bell et qu'ils te disent par texto que le technicien est en route pour 13h06 précisément et que sur le hub, ça retarde à chaque 5 minutes, ça commence bien! L'assiduité est discutable 😂

People complain about rogers outage a lot, but Imagine opening a new account with @BellMobility @bell and after a month your phone number still does not work and techs are running away from your issue because they don't know how to resolve it... Over 30 days with no phone...

@Bell_Support with breezeline, ya unplug the modem and then the wifi router....wait for a few minujtes...then (with it turn off--power) plug it back in, turn on power...now do same with modem....right now breezeline is always off, then on or off..getting fed up..send help T-bell..
