    Le service à la clientèle de @Videotron est pire que celui de @Bell. Je dois être un des rares à avoir eu un excellent service Bell et de bons prix. Pas possible de négocier de bons prix pour ajouter la Helix TV parce que j’ai déjà un service d’actif. 🤯

    Lorsque tu fais le switch chez @Bell et qu'ils te disent par texto que le technicien est en route pour 13h06 précisément et que sur le hub, ça retarde à chaque 5 minutes, ça commence bien! L'assiduité est discutable 😂

    @Bell_Support If you had reported the outage on the "Outage-Check" page you would have saved me 1/2 of troubleshooting my router and 1/2 on the phone. Patience has a limit. "Quickly as possible" too. Any estimate? 1h? 1 day?

    @AprilfromCanada @Bell_Support Just got off phone wBell. Support is saying wide outage in East TORONTO 5pm estimated will be back online. Reboot router around 5 and wait 15min.

    @Bell_Support Yeah that's sounds about right. We have no service in East York. Internet, TV Phone are all down.

    @Bell_Support Also I posted to the forum Community Home | Internet, regarding "SSID broadcasting when it turned off", but an overzealous moderator merged it with "Home Hub 4000 SSID broadcast off" which was a completely different issue.

    @Bell_Support Virtual Repair suggest the service restoration time around 4:40 PM. I hope this is an overestimate.
