    @Ra_Ra_Richie @Bell @Bell_Support The guy on the french line (with a heavy french canadian accent) lied and said he was in Morocco. I asked why he sounded french canadian, and he said he went to school in Quebec (another lie). He refused to help in English and terminated the call. Bell is trash

    All of yesterday after getting home from the hospital was spent trying to fix error code 2000 from @Bell_Support and even a phone call with a tech, nothing worked. Wake up at 2 am, and now it works. HOW?????

    We literally pay $200 a month for a gig up and down and not only do we not get that but the internet cuts out constantly, stops me from streaming and uploading and it’s so annoying, @Bell is terrible

    @Bell - the phones are great, the network is great but subscribers can’t maximize the benefits with such drastic throttling after 20 GBs! Do you have to throttle quite so dramatically? My service becomes almost unusable after you throttle me! Please lighten up! @Bell_Support

    @bell @CCTS_CPRST just cancelled my second line I waited 10 min to receive the email confirmation that never came! In that time I sent and received an email to myself! This second line better be canceled. If I have to call this one in again it will be with a lawyer!
