    .@Bell is embarrassing me in front of Egyptian family members who are visiting. They say, “We thought Canada is a ‘1st wrld’ country where the Internet service doesn’t go down all the time & agents can solve problems easily. It’s even worse than in Egypt. We feel sorry for you.”

    @t3kfr34k @Bell Most likely the same problem I had, they charge you for the best internet but don’t let you know that they can’t provide the best internet in your area

    @Bell_Support we’ve been without service for 2 days now and although the outage was repaired two days ago the neighbour & I still have no service and are still waiting for the “we’ll call you back in 2 hours” call - that was 24 hours ago. You gonna cover my data overage?

    @Bell_Support Both bell agents we have spoken with report no further outages, but for some reason the neighbour and I still have no service. Will DM account number. A repair guys is “supposed” to show up but the left hand doesn’t seem to give the same info as the right.

    @Bell_Support the internet service that you are providing for us in southern Ontario is unusable, you give us a $10 credit yet the internet can’t be used. We are not the only ones having issues, it’s the whole village. Everyone deserves more than a $10 credit or at least fix it.

    @Bell_Support Is there a cable outage ? My internet went down 1h ago and my router have a red error code on the lce screen.
