Plus @BestBuy gave me $250 in gift cards ($50 per device) for making the transfer. Thank you, Brad. Thank you @rogers. And @Bell_Support, you just lost a longtime loyal customer due to your business decisions and uninformed staff.

@mom2_k_and_p @Bell @Netflix_CA Yes I was damn near about to cancel my subscription. I pay for 2 screens but our tv in the basement isn’t a smart tv with internet. It only worked down there bc Netflix had a channel on FIBE but now they don’t I’m going to downgrade back to one screen

@Bell_Support Bell is the most unreliable internet source. If you have a remote position that relies on internet connection, don’t bother having Bell services. My internet has been out on and off for days and they can’t fix it

Looks like @Fidomobile has decided their service is so exceptional that it deserves a price hike. I tend to disagree. Who has the best rates going on 2 line plans with minimal/moderate data. @Bell or @TELUS?

This close to cancelling all my @Bell services after upgrading plan. Lied about rate for extra lines, $10 more per line that what agent said. didn’t say a change could be avoided by waiting an extra 2 days to change plan, charged all data from old play as overage…. WTF Bell

I don’t understand why old customers are of less value for @Bell than new customers. I have been with #Bell for 25 years plus and they cannot give me a similar rate to the one given to new customers. This will force me to cancel and go to Rogers.#badpolicy

@Bell You owe Canadians refunds on your terrible service that keeps going down. I don't believe for a second a billion dollar company cannot stop theft from occuring at its relay stations. CANADIANS DESERVE BETTER!!!

@Bell_Support Already did the move bud! Contacted my area representatives! The customer service call for @RogersHelps became a cancellation call.
