Hey @Bell your mobility tech support line was not helpful in trouble shooting my concern as to why I didn’t receive the Amber Alert issued by WPS last night. Told me to go to Apple and have them figure it out. Received alerts when I was on MTS’ network. What’s up?

@Bell_Support I recently switched to Bell Fibe for TV and internet from Satellite and Cogeco internet, It could be the worst mistake I may have made for entertainment and communications. Internet is fine but it’s been nothing but issues with the PVR receivers since installation.

so angry with @Bell - what is the point in lying to your customer about the service they're going to get? Was told to upgrade to 1Gbps internet and that your pods would give me that speed as long as I wired to the pod. Then you tell me it's a good deal? A deal isn't good if you

@Bell you called me the other day and wanted to do a survey on your services. Your services are ****. I pay $211.00 a month for Fibre internet and for what? For my internet to crash everyday at least 5 times & boot me off my streams.

@Bell you guys had marketing people go door to door promoting the new wireless internet. It took over a month to get my address added because I Wasnt in your system. And now I am being told capacity in the area is maxed out and I cant join. Awful service restricting rural users.
