@Bell_Support Absolutely no service whatsoever. This is becoming the norm for Bell Fibe. Think they’ll offer a reduction on your bill for their shoddy service? Continue to enjoy your drugs.

@Bell_Support @Bell No Fibe TV in Ottawa. No way to phone or chat. They have closed down all supports. I am done with Bell, after a lifetime of being a customer. 49+ years. Whenever I can reach someone to cancel. #You can watch Fibe on the fire stick- go figure!

@Bell_Support Will customers receive a credit on the next bill to account for the time we cannot use the service we pay for? Seems like it would be the right thing to do unless you are a money hungry corporation that doesn’t care about their customers.
