@Bell Well after 10 years as a bell mobility customer I guess it’s time to change to @TELUS. After 3hrs of constant transfer and nobody being able to help then getting a not so friendly head of customer service person I just can’t.

i've never felt more passionate abuot coding out jobs than i do right now. @Bell has the worst sales, care agents i have ever dealt with, over a month long and 30+ hours on the phone and they charged me for a phone i didnt want, paid in full, tacked on over $500 in accessories

So much for customer loyalty. I would figure that in the middle of a pandemic a company like @bell would be true to their word. It might now be time for my family to switch to @telus after over 20 years as a client #wehavebeenloyal
