    @Bell_Support with these workers to get anything moving is an embarrassment and totally unfair to them (and to your customers). And yet I feel I am forced to do this because the service outage has now affected my family’s jobs and no other action seems to be working. 4/X

    @Bell_Support Here in Beaconsfield, the internet is bouncy up and down. Speedtest has trouble finding a server then it doesn’t. Speeds are good then they are not. Hard to take courses with this problem

    Dear @bell my husband is shouting because your phone person is a blundering idiot & assumes that customers know your various codes/numbers etc and asking for an obscure code reference (approval number) that he does not have & has no idea where to find it. Make your systems

    @Bell_Support I have an appreciation for how difficult it is to be a front line staff over the phone in roles like these and I have been incredibly patient and understanding in all of our hours of communication. The fact that it takes the customer getting upset… 3/X

    The biggest regret was switching smartphones from @TELUS to @Bell I had such a good thing with Telus. Bell is nothing but a money grabber💰 Customer satisfaction means nothing to #Bell I was with Telus for 8 years and I switched over to Bell 2 months ago. BIG MISTAKE

    Really appreciate @Bell coming into my back yard and cutting down lights from my tree on my property that would have taken 2 seconds to take down had they asked but they don’t care at all What a ****** move that really upset my wife. Just careless

    @Bell_Support It would be really helpful if your customer service agents wouldn't just make up estimated clearance times for the Fibe outage in M6K. I know time is an ephemeral human construct, but I'm looking for real-world solutions when I'm trying to do my job from home.
