@Bell_Support So who exactly is available to help with outages between midnight and 7am EST??? No signal. No one available to help. Massive profits, yet you can't be bothered to support your customers. WTF, @Bell?

  • jmwensley Matthew 🇨🇦🧡 (@jmwensley) reported

@Comd_RCN_34 @Bell_Support @RogersHelps That’s not too bad to be honest. I remember 9600 baud dial up

  • rubenharjono Ruben (@rubenharjono) reported

I can’t wait to be a multibillionaire just to buy out @Rogers and then immediately shutting them down. I’ll do the same to @bell and @telus. Back to the dark ages we go. **** you.

  • whatdoesntkillu Emily Spanton (she/elle) (@whatdoesntkillu) reported from St. Catharines, Ontario

@blackowned905 @AbbyLaneGreen @Bell told me they are removing Netflix access from their boxes so I'm canceling the whole thing - my fibe internet goes down multiple times a day and I'm just done. I'll find another internet provider and only had cable cuz it was a package... I'll go back to torrents.

@Nick_181 @Bell_Support When I called customer service this aft, they said it would be working by 11pm on Feb 2! Hopefully they’ve bumped up the timeline? Outage website says it’s a cut line so hopefully a sinple fix?

  • dragonabsurdum ALL (@dragonabsurdum) reported

@Bell With the outrageous fees you charge, you don't even have 24 hr tech support??? There's an outage and there isn't even anyone available to notify. The only option on your website is to phone, but people can't #@*%ing phone you when your service is out!

  • dragonabsurdum ALL (@dragonabsurdum) reported

@Bell_Support @SunilKadikar You know, if Bell could be bothered to provide adequate technical support options, maybe they wouldn't need to keep begging customers to DM them every time a customer posts to the internet seeking support. We shouldn't have to turn to Twitter to access @Bell_Support.
