    @Bell_Support we’ve been without service for 2 days now and although the outage was repaired two days ago the neighbour & I still have no service and are still waiting for the “we’ll call you back in 2 hours” call - that was 24 hours ago. You gonna cover my data overage?

  • bluenredocean michaelp (@bluenredocean) reported

    @Bell_Support internet down.

  • ypcrts thomas seghuh (@ypcrts) reported

    @Bell you charged me $121 in roaming last month: $45 for a 20-minute local call while in the US, plus $75 for five days of data. If I was with @ATT, I would have paid $0. Please explain why I should remain a customer.

    @Bell_Support worst 5 days on the phone with bell. Was upgraded to the home hub 4000, never told a tech needed to come out, was promised a tech would be here today and when I call to see the status of where the tech is at

    @ms_e_a They came to my door to sell me internet last year after a new tower went in here, only to cancel the day before hook up because it was full. Not even an apology. @bell & their shady sales crew / strategies are the worst. I think you got lucky at least they didn’t waste UR time

    @Bell @TorontoDefiant @overwatchleague Chorong, makes main support look fun

  • itsFurkan Furkan A (@itsFurkan) reported

    Leave it to @Bell to transfer you 5 times and disconnect you two times and not find solution for an order they promised and won’t fulfill even after giving them the order number. Been Bell customer for 2 weeks, should I just cancel now?
