    Wonderful experience with @Bell . Tried to return my old device today. Not a mark on it. They refused it. Said the screen is "burnt" and the charging port doesn't work. Charging port works fine if you have a real cable. Screen burn? Way to screw over your clients

    @Bell Sure. When the only thing available, in the middle of the city, is DSL that costs more than fibre, or that LTE data service that's severely capped. Sure....

    @Bell Customer of 20+ years and was just told that my upgrade (with an older phone model) will cost 30$ more per month because my current rate plan is not available. Only plan is one with unlimited date when I don't even use the few gigs I have now!! Current plan not available anymore

    @Bell_Support EVERY TIME I TRY TO WATCH ON A DEVICE I GET AN ERROR THAT TOO MANY DEVICES ARE BEING USED E EN THOUGH THE TOTAL DEVICES BE INV USED IS ZERO!!! WHERE THE F IS THE DEVICE TAB? PLEASE RETURN THE PAYMENT YOU CHARGED MY CARD AND NEVER DELIVERED THE SERVICE!!!

    @Bell_Support Hello! I had issues with my internet last night and chatted with an IT person. They determined my modem was defective and needed to be replaced. Just want to confirm if she actually put in the order for my modem to be delivered. I didn’t receive any email confirming

    @Bell my decision is made. I will be ending my longstanding relationship with this dishonest company that cant even provide good service to go along with their rising prices. Enough is enough. Other companies are charging much less. Bye Bell. Good Riddance.

    @Bell wow still dealing with little service in my home or town. I got one call yesterday but I was on a work call. They did they would call today around 1030. No call but I got a message from support saying they tried me twice so now case is closed. Try using wifi calling.?

    @Bell_Support I have been a loyal longtime Bell customer all my life. I am in Day 2 of a potential 3-day total blackout of all my services in the L1V 1N8 Pickering area. The only Bell service working is my LTE on smartphone. No access to MyBell. What gives? #BellCanada
