@peternowak Can confirm, my senior mother who accidentally opened the mobile browser on her 1 month old @Bell cellphone was charged an extra $10 for 0.28 MB of mobile data usage on her $25 BYOD No Data plan. She only wanted a flip phone for emergency phone calls. 🤬👎

  • SMB0213 Joe Stewart (@SMB0213) reported

@Bell_Support Thank You. I am unsure if the @googlenesthelp and Bell routers are causing issues for each other and if so, how to fix it

  • emvokey em🇨🇦🎧 (@emvokey) reported

I (finally) cancelled my Bell services last week & I’m already getting emails from them demanding I return my equipment. According to the rep I spoke with on the phone, I have 30 days to do this. Hey @Bell calm ******** down, would ya? the prepaid postage hasn’t even arrived yet

  • davidflypei David Mckenna (@davidflypei) reported

@Bell I would hate to be one of your techs with those stupid 5g commercials you have running. Completely disrespecting them. Not cool.

  • nic_morgan Nic Morgan (@nic_morgan) reported

@bell After another 40 minutes on the phone and more broken promises that I would get a call back, I still haven't been able to get a new mobile line. You literally have the worst customer service in the world.

  • _aarony Aaron Y (@_aarony) reported

@Bell_Support is there service outage, specifically data, in Kelowna, around south Rutland neighborhood near Gerstmar road and Springfield road? I get LTE bars but no data. I can make calls. If I leave the area data works. Coming back, data is broken.

  • janjanangus Jan (@janjanangus) reported

@Bell_Support my kid starts university tomorrow and has been without internet for 5 days…and you just cancelled the repair appt for today. We need service NOW

  • LianaAtfield Liana (@LianaAtfield) reported

@Bell_Support internet outage in M4Y area code for about an hour now

  • its_just_dave Dave Is Fine (@its_just_dave) reported

Hey, @TELUS your customer support is becoming weak like @Bell. I'd love to pay my security portion of the billing but to do so you'd have me/customers dismantle the actual panel to find the IMEI code on the back. You need to seriously think about that for even a second.

When for years company telephone systems have had the message, “Due to unusually high volume of calls” ….when does it become “usual” & when do you finally invest in staff and systems to fix this ?? @scotiabank @Bell
