@Bell @Bell_Support I am not interested in having to sign up for more services. I want Bell to deal with these annoying, harassing phone calls that keep happening. Surely a giant media company has technology to deal with this? Don’t just ignore this issue.

@Bell_Support your rep scheduled my valet move for the wrong day. Then a rep failed to confirm the rescheduling, which I only found out when I called to check. And now I’m being told there will be no internet installed until late tomorrow. I work from home. Terrible service.

I am genuinely so sick and tired of @Bell’s shitty internet. Everyday it’s lagging like crazy, randomly cuts out or just straight up dont work. No one in my house can download anything without it lagging. Such **** service. We pay for 100up/down and don’t even get it.

@Bell Please FIX your phone system! 😡 System prompts me for PIN, then first agent asks me for PIN, and then second agent asks for name, address and email address. Is there any logic to this?!? Why do I need to verify my identify 3x in one minute???

@Bell_Support I’ve been trying to set up a mobility account with @bell for over a week. All I get is the run around, no follow up & hung up on. Planned to switch services to 1 account but it’s looks like opposite is about to happen, because I don’t understand WTF is going on 🤬
