    @Bell_Support Is there an issue with mobility services right now? I can't hear anything when I call out or when someone calls me. Same goes for my daughter with her Bell phone.

    @Bell being a long term 30+ year loyal customer with Bell means nothing to Bell. New clients are being offered same services at about $65/month premium. Why be loyal to Bell when Bell not loyal to me. Currently have 7 services with Bell (home& cottage). Time to start shopping.

    @Bell_Support Is there an outage in downtown Calgary right now? Neither my dad or myself have been able to make calls for the last hour or so. I just tried restarting my device and that didn't help either. Doesn't seem to be a coverage issue.

    Say, @Bell_Support I have no internet whatsoever and haven't since last night. I did all the usual resets and nadda, can't tell if it's an outage or what. Any recommendations?

    @Bell_Support Obviously @Bell_Support and @Bell was unable to provide any sort of solution. They apparently have the means to charge someone $1200 with no warning or reason but can’t refund it faster than a 6 week process. Who’s paying interest on this fraudulent charge?

    @Bell_Support are you having any issues with some towers on the west coast??? Calls to AB and Northern BC aren't working but local calls are okay.
