What kind of crappy phone technical support remotely reboots your modem (that you already did twice while troubleshooting), tells you to call back if you still have problems and disconnects your call. All done by the HORRIBLE automated phone system. @Bell

Anyone else notice that @TELUS/@Bell HSPA service is nearly useless recently? It's like they demoted the bandwidth to calls only so if your signal level falls back to HSPA you can't even get a couple hundred Kb/s.

@Bell_Support hey. I have experiencing extremely slow internet for the last week or so, and it's getting worst. Should i be unplugging and plugging back in everyday? The little plug in boosters don't seem to be helping.
