@ChrisIve @Bell_Support Interested to hear the outcome of this because I constantly still get these errors on different devices and no other streaming app has any issues. I see multiple other people online with same issue.

@Bell no one takes responsibility to get into the issue and resolve it. It’s been 6 months that my parents are without long distance provider and Bell did not do anything to resolve the issue.

@Nilan3073 @Bell_Support Ya there is the whole pkp thing but again I’m saving money and that’s what my wife wants. But if my service was bad I’d give them a chance to fix and but after that I’m done. Anyway I hope it gets fixed eventually for your kids schooling

@Bell Worst customer service experience with Bell Mobility! Agent was rude, no empathy and will argue and yell at you. Supervisor didn’t help at all and transferred me somewhere else without even letting me know. Wasted 2 hours of my day today!
