@Bell_Support @dhit38 We a pay a premium for a premium service. It appears that Bell has a major infrastructure issue to have such a widespread outage. Not what is expected of Bell. Exacerbated when customer support avenues (phone & internet support) are also affected. Embarrassing moment for Bell

@Bell_Support @Bell Won’t answer the phone and the last update was two hours ago. Nothing says we don’t care than ignoring and refusing to update on the problem.

@Bell_Support Fibe stops working - you do a receiver reboot, you try the virtual repair tool, chat, reboot whole system. Finally use DownDetector app to see service is out all over Ontario and Quebec - a simple notification to subscribers would have saved a lot of frustration - just saying😜

@Bell_Support @Bell And with this kind of service Bell will have the lack of shame to increase the rates in no time justifying it by the great service and improvements on the network. BTW it is not just the TV service that was affected the Internet is not working properly either.

@Bell_Support you guys are really ********. We live in the 21st century and you can't fix an internet problem. The largest telecom company maybe in the world. Shame on you!
