@Bell_Support @Bell_Support Can we please have a public, transparent update on the repair schedule for customers affected in the J5B, J5C and J5R postal codes please? We are close to 24h without no clear picture or the situation or path to resolution. (cc. @CCTS_CPRST )

@Bell_Support True to their nature (total disregard for their customers) no one from Bell has contacted me yet to fix the issue!

@Bell I am mind blown that a company can jack your bill up almost 40% in the middle of a pandemic and the only opition to get it lowered is to cancel my plan and go somewhere else. #CustomerService

@Bell_Support You're asking that we follow you but you give no updates whatsoever. It's been over 24h now. Get your house in order and provide an update. An official ETA, a reasonable explanation of what is going on and make a statement on what will be offered to your customs for the trouble

@Bell_Support That really doesn’t help. What I want is an estimate when I will have service and be able to work again.

So, if you want to make changes to your internet service, @Bell will take away any bundle credits you have for multiple services. You suck #Bell. Punish your customers.
