What nonsense that we couldn't keep a plan we've been using for years over three changes of phones. @Bell sucks. Do better. @CRTCeng

The tech comes back and says I have to hang up and wait for @Bell_Support to call me. I wait 40 minutes and get a call from Bell. It's a robot which told me to call TekSavvy. I call TekSavvy, they put me through to Bell. Pretty sure now my modem can't get here by tomorrow

I'd rather scream at @Bell's Twitter account than some poor customer rep who's trying their best. But if I have yelled, it's because I know the calls are being recorded for quality and training purposes so it's to let whoever's listening know there's been no quality nor training.

They have Family Plans which just means you get to pay for each devices data separately so it's a garbage plan. The sales rep even acknowledged that the phone with the fake unlimited data would be cheaper. @Bell @CRTCeng

@fanCRTCProfling @Bell @CRTCeng I asked and was told no. Absolute crap. I don't even know what plan the other three phones are on now because we just had to get one new one due to an irreparable crack. This change/upgrade is not by choice
