@Bell_Support Dear bell, what is the cost to me each month for these stingray audio channels which I never use?

  • GabbyTotesau Gabrielle Totesau (@GabbyTotesau) reported

Anyone else on Toronto's east end having an issue with FibeTV - @Bell_Support isn't v supportive #sigh

  • Lib_Techie Alison (@Lib_Techie) reported

Hey @bell @bell_support you said it would take 60 days to get a cheque for the credit you owe me. Called to speak to a customer service rep and they confirmed 60 days. Then told me I have to wait another 4 to 6 weeks because the process hasn’t started.

  • jerryspez Jack (@jerryspez) reported

@Bell Listen to me carefully. *nobody is impressed by your disingenuous bullshit anymore* You're horrible. Everybody knows it. Just **** off.

  • AdamKorman4 Adam Korman (@AdamKorman4) reported

Shoutout to @Bell, who got one their contractors to cut out our internet lines and when we phone in to get someone out here to fix it, they send the wrong type of technician 2 times. Gotta love good customer service 😒

  • DaraMoats Dara Moats (@DaraMoats) reported

@Bell_Support Hey, just to let you know that this public concern is so fake since no one has replied to my DM. Is it your policy to charge your customers for a service they never received and then give them a Kafkaesque level of nightmare of a runaround. 🥸

  • JessMMMoran Jess Moran (@JessMMMoran) reported

1/3 - Apologize in advance for the service rant but here we go. We moved to our home 2 years ago & had @rogers tv & internet. Although expensive, have been generally happy with their service. Recently @Bell put in fiber optics in the whole area. They came door to door

  • SarahBethSutton sarah sutton (@SarahBethSutton) reported

Another day sat waiting for @Bell to fix their service. 2 hours left of the 4 hour window, doesn't feel good. Fingers crossed they show today. #ipayhowmuch #monopoly @crtc

  • seanmcc45 Sean M (@seanmcc45) reported

Thanks to @xplore_ca !!! Just received a call from them reducing my monthly fee by $20 just for being a longtime customer!! Are you listening @Bell ????

  • CanadianSurly SurlyCanadian (@CanadianSurly) reported

@Bell_Support Before I start sharing info over twitter, tell me how much I will save cancelling the channels. I need to know the amount I am paying before I decide to cancel. Thank you.
