Hey @Bell_Support , I work at a store that sells mobile phones, and myself and several customers have no Cell coverage or Mobile Data. Is there an outage we are unaware of? I would like to be able to tell my customers something.

@Neilmak68 @Bell @Bell_Support Thanks for the update. Executed their virtual support tools, rebooted the modem. No problem was found from that. Updated DNS for others ones. Still no service. It seems deeper than only DNS

@Bell_Support I have a phone that disconnects immediately when trying to make a call. On my other phone I can make a call but I get a "this number is not available" response. Are there issues in Vancouver you're aware of?
