crumpledcats (@crumpledcats) reported@Bell_Support 1/2 Completely disappointed in my service installed yesterday. Fibe 3.0. Port forwarding does not work on your Giga Hub. Tech support has told me that Port forwarding is not offered to residential clients. But there are options in the router.
-
Jason (@JDetic) reported@Bell_Support Kinda hard to use when your network is down. You failed the entire Maritimes. **** you

wonnhee (@wonnheehee) reportedSo @Bell doesn't think New Brunswick is part of #AtlanticCanada and therefore will not give NB customers the same 50 GB Emerg data even though we are also experiencing the same devastation as the rest of those in the path of #hurricanefiona. 20 year customer here, wow.

Spungirl (@spungirl1) reported@Rogers @RogersHelps tv and internet down again! Time to switch to @Bell
-
Mizz Danie Montréal (@MamzelleDMD) reported@JeffreyLuscombe @Bell_Support I had a problem with my phone line once. After weeks and at least three tech visits, they discovered that the problem was outside. Squirrels chewed the line.
-
Jeffrey1 (@jeffrey3927) reported@JeffreyLuscombe @Bell_Support Good luck with that. I always put "support" or "service" in quotes because both are figments. We get neither service nor support.
-
𖤐Hell Intern𖤐 (@HellIntern) reportedOf course @Bell s' Data connection is horrid, and really noticable now during #FionaNS. I will be calling for lack of full service AGAIN, after 4+ months of this. Replacing the sim card will be their suggestion, as it usually is, and I have nowhere to get it right now. Faaaaack.

Tessa Mack (@TessaMa99616575) reported@Bell U suck ur service sucks and I pity anyone who is your client. 2 months for an installation is ludicrous. You hire the cheapest to service ur clients. I hope ur proud of ur shoddy service & cheap outsourcing to rake in dollars meanwhile treating customers like crap.
