@Bell That means I can't work from home. You said it would be back in 24 to 48 hours. That was over a 100 hours ago and your tech support just hung up on me and didn't call me back. Guess what I'm doing in the morning when your customer service opens?

@Bell_Support Scarborough North Medical Arts building doctors & pharmacy have not had phone service since Sunday night. Some tenants have one line working; the pharmacy has none. We're hearing Thursday or Friday for restoration. This is a disgrace. They are healthcare providers

Dear @Bell: Why do you always value getting new customers instead of keeping the ones you have? I brought over $190/mon in mobility to you while I was a TV/Internet customer and now to get the best internet deal I have to go somewhere else. So frustrating.

  • TheStockill Kyle (@TheStockill) reported

@Bell_Support any outage to report in the Kitchener/Waterloo/Cambridge area? My phone hasn't been able to find your network since 430pm. I have a 9 month pregnant wife who can't get a hold of me and no one is helping
