@bell is even worse than Rogers. Tried for weeks to resolve a tech issue. No one can help (i think they offered a service they can't provide) When will Canadians get decent services and a choice of providers? #CRTC

  • BanditHeeler10 Bandit_Heeler (@BanditHeeler10) reported

@viraniarif @CRTCeng I pay @Bell over $2k per year for TV and Internet. I should be free to choose if I want to watch a US broadcast of a US show/event instead of having to be bombarded with online betting and Bell commercials. Stop signal switching and let Canadians choose!

@Bell cannot manage to fix a home phone line problem that has been going on for over a month. Today, it was to have been fixed for good. Yeah, hard no on that as now phone line doesn’t work at all. @Bell actually made it worse. Infuriating.

  • ideeahs Olivier de Sousa 🇨🇦🇫🇷🇵🇹🇪🇺🌎 (@ideeahs) reported

@Bell my mobile phone bill, with the latest announced increase coming in March, will have gone up 17% in six months. I chatted with their support people and was told I had the best rate available and that the increases were justified for network improvements. 1/..

@Bell_Support I have been trying to get a hold of bell for the past 5 hours and the phone keeps getting transferred to total credit recovery… all I want is technical support

  • mrice117 Mike ‘Did I Tweet That?’ R!ce #KnowBetterDoBetter (@mrice117) reported

@Bell_Support I’m genuinely beginning to believe frontline Bell customer service aren’t permitted or trusted to individually provide adequate customer service in a timely manner without getting someone else’s permission. Sad.

  • ideeahs Olivier de Sousa 🇨🇦🇫🇷🇵🇹🇪🇺🌎 (@ideeahs) reported

Time for @Bell to actually care about customers, loyalty and service. Increasing prices by 17% while not giving customers any new services or improvements is robbery. 3/3
