@INTERNET__RYAN @Bell_Support Is this where bell is supposed to announce outages? Like this ongoing one in Toronto's Little Portugal. FYI bell support says it will be resolved by 3pm Sunday. Seems like bell should be announcing this themselves?

You know, If @Bell_Support had been honest with me on April 3rd and let me know there would have been a delay, I would have keep my equipment at my previous address and made the commute every day. Instead they just kept me in the dark and sent people who couldnt solve the issue.

@Bell @CraveCanada just got Crave for the first time (PS4 app). Surprised there are no subtitles available (big issue!); the app does not properly resume titles or episodes. Seems like a beta app, not a full-functioning app. Would like to see the the part of the movie while FF

I called @Bell_Support to find out the schedule and they informed me that there was no notes or news and they had no technician dispatched. after escalation I found out they have no timeline for getting my internet. There is also no temporary solution either.

Is like HR was ****** my mind & Managers were holding me down while it was obvious to everyone that my mind was no longer present & my body was there but my mind left the building @Bell. I now get the shock that my poor mind was witnessing at the time & how I ended up so broken
