    OK @Rogers @Bell Phone call uptime 99% phone call uptime is literally the same as any customer having a dropped call every 100th minute This is indisputable The only other thing is counting texts as service And deciding what the number is in the first place @Verizon

    @Bell_Support Thx for the quick response. Extremely disappointing for people in small communities. We’re clients advised of these changes and why was this decision made to cancel HD programming?

    Of course @bell internet and tv doesn’t work in the middle of a work day 🙄 so tired of this crappy service!

    @Bell how come when I cancel only my tv and home phone but keep my internet account suddenly my internet no longer works????
