On a night when I'm trying to watch both the #BlueJay game and #TheResident season finale, I'm not impressed that my #FibeTV has been down for over an hour. Thank goodness for the Fibe app at least... But still @Bell_Support - doesn't make me the happiest.

@Bell_Support Pushing your app while your TV service is down is just poor form, and truly bad customer service. Smacks of "WE really want you to use this other service over here; stop looking at the one YOU want to use." Fix your issues!

@Bell_Support The fibetv app on the smart TV works. You may want to clarify that to your customers. If we are connecting to the app through the receiver it doesn't work. A lot of @NBCThisisUs fans will be happy to know that
