    When we called customer service they said that they would send out a technician tomorrow to fix the problem even though it was them who created the issue @Bell how does this make sense? Where's the customer service you rave about?

    @daniel_foch @immanueluyTO @Bell Have you tried Bell Business? I tried to pay my bill with the condition of talking to a Bell employee about unusual charges when they setup my acct. 12 months later they sent me to collections - never put me in contact w/ bell employee, only 3rd party CSR and then collections.

    @Bell_Support internet issues for 3 weeks, tech couldn’t come to my scheduled apt because none were available, and then you have the audacity to call me and offer an upgrade to my service while I sit here unable to use the internet I pay $100 a month for… calling Rogers k bye!!

    @immanueluyTO @Bell Problem is my internet is completely off lol, I’ve been trying to schedule a tech since 9pm last night in prep for school today, anticipating it would take me about 6 hours. And here we are. Had to relocate to do online school for my daughter. Lol

    @mirgray @ShaunOttawa @Bell I essentially have the choice to completely ignore them or waste several hours trying to track them down. So I have no choice except to ignore them. Bell I have zero sympathy for them since they run the phone system that makes this possible.
