@VirginRadioTO @Bell @Bell_LetsTalk is a garbage service if the program manager (#bell/#ctv) continues to push ableist narratives, ignore stories about disability poverty, homelessness and addictions and cover up crises with puppy of the day distractionary garbage. Until there is even remote equity in mainstream media, this entire event is one big advertisement for Bell, a capitalist corporate conglomerate that cares very little about its customers. No thank you astroturf on weekends.

Hey #Bell do you plan on firing a bunch of staff immediately after #BellLetsTalk again? Such a low class business that asks Canadians to support your cause while you don’t support your staff! @Bell

@Bell what’s going on ? Customer calls for wrong billing resolution and the customer service agent first says - yes I can help and then suddenly starts selling mobility service , when said let’s talk about the resolution for the wrong billing and then the agent says sorry I have to create a ticket Training should be first focusing on the service rather than selling ! Agent keeps us waiting for 15 min Seriously !!
