Whoa, super disappointed in @bell right now. My husband and I went over 8 MB data this month. Was charged $20!! No warning of getting close to being over. At least when we were with Telus, they would send a text!! 😱 @Bell_Support can you help here???

Ordered a 50’ Ethernet cable so my kid can (hopefully) school-at-home without interruption this week. My @bell connection is trash. Wifi signal drops whenever anyone moves in the living room. 😬

My @Bell WiFi has been down for two weeks. Seven calls were placed, most taking up to an hour. 2 weeks later, still no WiFi. Monthly bill, $150. We need more choices when it comes to internet companies. Or just better companies. 15yr costumer. Wondering why.

@TorontoStar @Bell and @Rogers have made it very clear that they do not care. If they do fix it , we can all expect a bill hike.

@Bell As a Twitch broadcaster, been using Fibe for a few years with nothing but great results. Rogers was sub par and Bell Fibe fixed every issue I had. By the way, looking to sponsor a broadcaster Bell and support a fellow Canadian? Let me know, let's hammer something out.
